The core work in Information & Decision Solutions (IDS) is focused on:
Project Management: Lead and own the architecture, design and development of solutions that
bridge the gap between the business and technology.
Technology Management: Work with technical experts around the world (both within P&G &
external suppliers) on understanding and applying the right solution to the right problem.
Supplier Management: Develop a collaborative and healthy relationship with P&G's external
suppliers of technology and services to create maximum benefits on both sides of the partnership.
Service Management: Ensure that all services supplied back to P&G are delivered with quality and
accuracy, continuously raising the bar on delivery standards.
About the Job:
Job Title: Customer Team Systems leader (Distributor)
Overall Job Objective (Purpose): "Transforming P&G through Business and IT Technical Mastery." Key role
will be to drive transformation of P&G business through digitization and provide consultation to customers
as Subject matter experts.
Customer Team Systems Leader is a role in IDS who works with P&G customers esp distributors to
leverage information & decision solutions to drive business growth and improvements in go-to-market
business processes leveraging technology. Additionally the role is responsible for building capability in the
customer organization to leverage digitization to grow business. Within the P&G multi-functional team, the
role uniquely adds value through deep knowledge and implementation of Digitization across Core Work
Processes, Enabling Go To Market strategies, Project Management, Business Analytics and Business
Process Transformation. Fundamental to this will be a deep-rooted CPG business domain knowledge

PROFILE:
This is a managerial position which is accountable for increasing Sales Team Volume, Margin and
Productivity, and lowering the Cost via leveraging the knowledge of information technology, skill of project
management, Business Analytics and Business Process Transformation, and the solutions of Customer
Connect, Real Time, Win in Store and Predictive Modeling.
The candidate should be very strong in Leadership, Thinking and Act Decisively and Operation Discipline,
with potential ability to become a leader in P&G business.
Specifically requests:
Education: Minimum a Masters degree, MCA/MBA/MSc qualification with experience in information
technology. Educational background or experience in Engineering, Computer Science,
Statistics/Mathematics, IT, Economics, Business Management/Engineering

Business Skills- Understanding of go-to-market/sales processes and domain expertise in consumer goods
industry
Technical skills- Mastery of Project management (prefer PMP certification), managing service operations ,
client interface & business analysis. Experience in Project Management and management/working with
external suppliers preferred
Work Experience: 0-5 years of Work-Experience in IT / FMCG Company at managerial level
Age: 25-33 years
IT Skills: Experience leading and implementing projects in ERP, business intelligence, Sales force
automation and shopper based solutions
Domain knowledge:
Understanding of FMCG/Consumer goods environment/processes
Ability to perform business analysis & lead complex projects
Basic knowledge of retail industry and landscape and role of information technology
Soft Skills:
Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead & manage a team of people in a global setup. Strong
leadership skills to influence internal (in P&G) and external organization (customers/service providers)
Excellent communication skills- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian for constant
interaction with regional and global colleagues & customers. Excellent documentation/writing skills..
Strong networking skills & cross cultural fluency;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities - in these 3 broad areas:
A) Business process transformation of customer business operations
Deep understanding of Distributor processes and Systems
Governance & consult role to grow digital capability of Distributors bringing to life new IT
capabilities in this space working with P&G & customer teams
Close interaction with P&G multi-functional team as business transformation agent and subject
matter expert on go-to-market IT systems action plan
Leverage information to deliver business insights & identify category/channel/customer business
key drivers and analysis as part of customer team
B) Create Self-sufficient, self-capable & Independent Distributors
Grow Distributors digital Capability and mobilize Distributor IT org to be self-capable & Self-
Sufficient to own operations & project implementation work.
Driving operational excellence of distributor IT operations & BIC adoption of IT solutions & services
to deliver value to the business goals
Leverage standards and toolkits for BIC adoption of core work processes for digital operations
C) Bring to life new Digital tools , solutions and business models :
Go to Market solutions & capabilities to drive distributor operations including new Distributor
setup, disengagement, and coverage expansion. Share and Reapply global best practices to
respective distributors.
Bringing to life new business models enabled by digital solutions. Qualify new concepts & re-
engineer existing customer work processes to enhance efficiency, cost effective operations and
grow sales for P&G
