It is our great honour to inform you that Myanmar will be hosting the 5
th
ASEAN Traditional
Medicine Conference from 8 to 11 August 2014 at the Summit Parkview Hotel, Yangon, Myanmar.
We cordially invite your delegation to the conference.
Registration and hotel reservation forms can be seen in the Myanmar MOH website
(www.moh.gov.mm). The registration fee (in US$) will be waived for Focal Points of ATFTM,
Representatives from Plus three countries and India, and representatives from ASEAN Secretariat
(Maximum 6 participants from each country). Department of Traditional Medicine will be
responsible for the round trip cost of air ticket, accommodation in Summit Parkview Hotel, Yangon,
local transportation cost in Yangon and meeting package with the Government fund and the
fund from Nippon Foundation. There will be (30) exhibition booths available for AMS, plus Three
countries and India and cost for holding the exhibition booth will be waived if each AMS takes only
one booth. Sale of TM/CM and HS will not be allowed as these are not registered in our country.
Registration fees will be incurred by other participants apart from official government delegates
who would like to attend the conference.
