+hereas the &essee has been authori,ed by its arious clients to locate the ehicles, sei,e it
and ta!e possession of the secured assets and arrange for its safe !eeping apart from other
related wor! for recoery of outstanding dues%

such ehicles /which they ta!e possession on behalf of their clients0 in the yards operated by
(-s% $ower 1ne Associates at the following addresses2

+here it has now been decided to reduce the terms and conditions of this Agreement in
writing which are as follows2

1% The &ease shall be deemed to commence from 07-0*-2014 and shall be initially be
for a period of 1 year /i%e0 06-0*-2015

2% The &essee shall pay the yard charges as mentioned below2

Service Tax as applicable

3% &essor to proide a detailed inentory report to &essee, against the receipt of ehicle
for par!ing custody%

4% &essor is responsible for any damage or theft caused to the ehicle in the par!ing
yard, due to arious reasons%

5% <ard .ent to be paid in full by the &essee for the release of respectie ehicle%

6% :pon receiing the yard rent, the &essor has to issue a receipt, stating the necessary
details%

7% &essor to permit any indiiduals for the inspection of ehicles only with the
necessary confirmation from &essee%
