standards as containedwithin theOakland
Housing
Code
and
WHEREAS
ata
Special Meeting
ofthe
City
Council convened on or
about
April
261994
the
City
Council determined thatall
existing
boards
and commissions shouldbeamended to
incorporate
uniform
requirements regarding
theselection of
members
the
duties of said
members
and the
general responsibilities
of
boards and commissions
follows
TheCouncil of the
City
of Oakland does
ordain
as
Section 1Thesecond
paragraph
of
Section
H207
a
of the
Oakland
Housing
Code
hereinafter OHC
relating
tothe
appointment
and the
length
and
frequency
oftheterms ofmembers
ofthe
board
is
hereby deleted
and
replaced
withthe
following
subsections
