The new motor controllers disconnect if located more than 50 feet from the motor or if not within sight
of both motor and its controller, means for locking in the open position is to be provided in accordance
with 4-6-3/3.13.2(b) of the SV Rules <90M. This item is to be verified to the satisfaction of the
attending Surveyor.
The steering gear is to be tried out on the trial trip in order to demonstrate to the Surveyors
satisfaction that the requirements of the Rules have been met in accordance with 4-3-3/15.3 of the
SV Rules <90M.

becomes known. The model number for the 100ft roll of 1/16" cable did indeed contain a typo in
the manual. The model number to be used is 06-118316-100.
