Mentoring Coordinator
Salary: 18,000 - 23,000 per annum
Location: Manchester City Centre
Permanent

Business Growth Hub are recruiting a Mentoring Coordinator to assist and support both the Mentoring Manager and
Mentoring Advisors in the day-to-day running of the mentoring service.
To be based in Manchester City Centre


The duties of the job include:

Produce accurate performance management information as required specifically including:

- ERDF Quarterly Financial and Output claims.
- ERDF Quarterly Progress Monitoring Report.
- Weekly and Monthly MI for the Mentoring service.

Assist the Manager in the preparation of documentation for monthly reports, ad hoc requests for data and ERDF PEV &
PAV visits under the above contract and representing the business at the Audits as required.
To develop systems and processes to ensure that all the paperwork is compliant with our funders requirements
Develop and run the office systems and procedures to support the Manager and team.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position and as required by the Mentoring Manager.
To contribute to marketing effort as required ensuring that overall performance targets are achieved.
Maintain and assist with the continued development of the Website pages.
Handle client enquiries via, phone, website and email, checking eligibility and referring to team members or other
services as required.
Ensure client enquiries and partner referrals are correctly recorded on Captavia and associated data capturing systems,
updating progress against agreed actions.
Where required connect clients to the suitable products and events available through the Hub supplier and partner base
using tasking, email and phone contact to make sure client needs are met.
To ensure all associated administration such as raising purchase orders, invoice production and period end
reports/reconciliation are completed in timely manner and are checked for accuracy.
To develop and manage a system for managing purchase orders raised against set monthly budgets
To represent the Growth Hub at appropriate events and contribute to the development and delivery of events targeted
at clients and partners as required.

Effective verbal and presentational skills.
Ability to work with a wide range of partners at a wide variety of levels.
Able to work well as part of a small team.
Initiative, innovation and drive a pre-requisite.
