What if....

If lawyers are disbarred and clergymen defrocked,
doesnt it follow that electricians can be delighted,
musicians denoted, cowboys deranged, models
deposed and dry cleaners depressed? Laundry workers
could decrease, eventually becoming depressed and
depleted!

Even more, bedmakers will be debunked, baseball
players will be debased, landscapers will be deflowered,
bulldozer operators will be degraded, organ donors
will be delivered, software engineers will be detested,
the BVD company will be debriefed, and even musical
composers will eventually decompose.
And on a more positive note, perhaps we can
hope politicians will be devoted.

The Climate Prediction Center (CPC) released

its updated three month outlook for temperature and
precipitation across the U.S. The outlook calls for
increased chances for below average temperatures
across northeast Montana and eastward into the
Northern Plains and Upper Midwest during the months
of August, September, and October (but so far August
has been pretty toasty).
Those looking for hotter weather into the fall will
have to look toward the Southeast, the Western U.S., and/
or Alaska. Those are the regions where above average
temperatures are expected for the next three months.
For precipitation chances, most of the state of
Montana can expect equal chances for above or below
average precipitation with probabilities too low to make
any specific call.

A man absolutely
hated his wifes cat and
decided to get rid of him
one day by driving him 20
blocks from his home and
leaving him at the park.
As he was getting
home, the cat was walking
up the driveway.
The next day he
decided to drive the cat
40 blocks away. He put
the beast out and headed
home.
Driving back up his
driveway, there was the
cat!
He kept taking the cat
further and further, but the
cat would always beat him
home. At last he decided
to drive a few miles away,
turn right, then left, past
the bridge, then right again
and another right until he
reached what he thought
was a safe distance from his
home and left the cat there.
Hours later the man
calls home to his wife: Jen,
is the cat at home?

Yes, the wife answers,
why do you ask?
Frustrated, the man
answered, Put that son
of a nutcracker on the
phone, Im lost and need
directions!

Agencies to rethink draining Paulo

Facing criticism from the public,

a water drawdown planned to begin
this Friday at Paulo Reservoir 12 miles
southwest of Glasgow has been postponed,
Bureau of Land Management officials said
this morning.
The postponement will allow more
management options to be considered
as Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks
and BLM staff work to enhance
fishing opportunities at the popular
impoundment located about 12 miles
south of Glasgow off Bentonite Road.
The agencies had initially planned to
rid the pond of an infestation of carp by
draining the reservoir with pumps over
three weeks, then digging portions of the
reservoir deeper or adding structure.
The reservoir has been managed

for bluegill and largemouth bass. But

the carp have caused water conditions
to deteriorate, said Steve Dalbey, FWP
Region 6 fisheries program manager.
Carp stir up the water and make it
muddy, which in turn leads to a decrease
in reservoir productivity, Dalbey said.
As a result, bass and bluegill growth and
survival have been extremely poor the
past several years.
Critics said there was no public
involvement in the decision and little
exploration of options other than draining
the pond.
Questions or concerns about the
fisheries improvement project can be
directed to FWPs Region 6 headquarters
at 406-228-3700 or BLMS Glasgow Field
Office at 406-228-3750.

I met with Pat Kelly, discussed the issues and reported
his side of the story. As a gentleman, I decided to meet with
Merrill and Diana Frantz of DTM, have an open discussion
on a variety of issues, and tell their side of the story. I sat at
their kitchen table for 4 hours and we had an old fashioned
Pots and Pans meeting, telling all.
CRITICS- I first addressed the accusation that I only report
St. Marie in the NEGATIVE. Hogwash I told them! What
is, is WHAT IS, what people do, THEY DO. PEOPLE write
their own story! I just look, listen, question, get the facts,
analyze the data, and REPORT IT.
POSITIVES- I wrote of the good deeds of preachers Childers
and Hawkins in St. Marie, Sherry Childers visiting and
helping sick neighbors, folks doing volunteer community
projects (street repairs and cleanups), people that maintain
their properties in good repair, and people and groups in
St. Marie that pay their taxes and other bills to keep the
infrastructure going, etc, etc.
NEGATIVES- Just what am I supposed to say about those
that dont pay their bills? What of those who dont fix, rent, or
sell any condos and at times are suing and screwing each other
and others in business dealings? What should I say of folks
$195,000 in arrears in Village Fees and are attempting to gain
POWER and CONTROL of that same Village Board? What
about the illegal use of Mitchells 450 proxies per Mitchell
in a signed statement? What am I supposed to write? ....that
these fellas are terrific, super standup businessmen, and that
everything is Peachy Keen as a result of their efforts? Sorry
Ol Friend, but The Truth Always Prevails.
GOOD FOLKS- of St. Marie refuse to be intimidated and
will stand their ground in response to the foolish actions of
some. Legally baseless talk, writings, and court filings will be
responded to. The GOOD FOLKS will not give in to or be
burdened by suspected scammers and potential extortion as
was done in past.
LETTERS and DOCUMENTS- I gave copies of many letters,
documents, budgets, court documents and Judges rulings
to the Frantzs that I based my writings on. I showed them
my letter and ballot received from Robert Shelton attempting
to convert our condos to townhomes per Montana Unit
Ownership Act of 2011.
DISCUSSION ITEMS- Frantz and Chiechi agreed on
some issues while putting out facts and opinions from their
opposite points of view. Diana Frantz did expand on and
clarify their reasoning on some issues. Heres the RECAP of
discussed items:
1. Frantz stated that the protective covenants control the
Village and Village Association and that DTM is waiting for

the Court to rule on Case# DV 2014-21, a civil claim asking

for a declaratory judgment on article X of the protective
covenants. Chiechi agreed that a current legal opinion is
needed.
2. In the matter of those being in arrears in Village bills and
not being allowed to vote- Frantz claims that Village Board
has no legal power to impose that action. Chiechi responded
that Judge McKeon already ruled on that.
3. DTM went to the Commissioners and Planning Board with
their survey and sub division plans and were told that SMCA
owns all the land. Chiechi will verify this info and check its
legal standing on the matter.
4. Chiechi wanted to have Terry-Lee in the meeting, Frantz
said that Lee is back in Washington and is no longer manager
of DTM.
5. Chiechi spoke of Terry-Lees internet presentations on
Sovereign Citizens activity and tactics and asked if the
Frantzs were a part of that effort. Frantz said he is taking
direction from the Bible and is not a part of the radical
sovereign citizens.
6. Frantz spoke of Valley Park Inc., Quantum, and SMDC
bankruptcies and said that the judge put 250 units into SMCA
and everything else went into SMDC (St Marie Development
Corp). Chiechi will research the legal disposition of those
mentioned properties.
7. Frantz said that theres a needed improvement with the
management of the town (St Marie). I said that those that pay
their Village dues, serve the Board voluntarily in an ethical,
legal fashion are preferred to folks from a group of investors
that are $196,000 in arrears on their Village bills, and want
POWER/CONTROL of the Village? Additionally, SMCA
uses its $300,000 annual dues income to maintain and insure
its 250 units, are you Developers adequately capitalized to
improve your properties and help move St. Marie forward?
Frantz said who would spend money to fix properties with
bad titles? I said apparently DTM and Bethea.
8. Chiechi said that the last protective covenants meeting
produced vague non specific minutes, was there a quorum?
Frantz responded there was no quorum and no voting took
place.
9. Frantz said with clouded titles and Chiechis negative
writings, banks wont loan and people lack interest and wont
come to St. Marie. Chiechi responded that Kelly returned to
St. Marie and DTM and Mitchell came!
10. Frantz and Chiechi agreed that theres a need to Clear the
Air all issues.
CONCLUSION- Frantz and Chiechi can present their facts
and opinions and say what they want, but it doesnt mean
a thing....LEGAL INTERPRETATIONS must be made by
ATTORNEYS or a JUDGES RULING....the END.

~ Nick Chiechi
