As a final requirement for the Course B.S. Architecture, senior students prepare their proposals
for an Architectural Thesis. Each student will be asked to select a project that has her personal interest,
formulate a program and select a site to provide an architectural vehicle for design study. The
significant findings of the thesis maybe used only as data base for making design decisions undertaken
by a licensed architect. The outputs of the thesis are a set of architectural drawings, but, are purely
conceptual graphical interpretation of the research done and are not to be used for construction
purposes. The lot owner acting as the client is not also obliged to give any financial assistance to the
student.

May we, then, ask your assistance on the acquisition of the following documents and your
permission to allow this student to take photographs and conduct documentation of the site? This is to
certify that the following are the necessary requirements for the presentation of an Architectural Thesis
(in AR 511 & AR 521 subjects) at Saint Louis University, Baguio City, and, that they will be strictly used for
academic purposes only.

Photocopies of the following:
1. Survey Lot Plan and Topographic Map
2. Vicinity Map
3. Declaration of Real Property and Lot Description
4. Zoning Certificate
5. Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration
6. other data that may help the student in this academic exercise

This is to further certify that this student is a bonafide senior Architecture Student of Saint Louis
University and a qualified Architectural Thesis Candidate of the school year 2014-2015.
