Corporate Lobby screen directs the management team to prepare a presentation that covers (1 their companys
performance for all decision rounds! (" their strategic vision for the company! (# performance targets for the ne$t
year or t%o! assuming the simulation continued on! (& their companys present strategy and ho% it has evolved!
(' %hich companies they consider to be their closest competitors! (( the moves they %ould make over the ne$t

+ore speci,cally! company co-managers are given the follo%ing directions in putting together their presentation-
.nless other%ise instructed! your presentation should include the follo%ing topics and slides-
A brief revie% of the ,nancial performance of your company during the time you and your co-
managers have run the company*

summary containing bar graphs sho%ing your company5s performance on each of the above si$
performance indicators* These graphs for the ,nal year of the simulation can easily be inserted
into a Po%erPoint presentation or 6ord document by clicking the 0ave-To-7ile button nearest each
graph* 3nce you have named and saved a picture ,le of a graph to your local drive you can insert
the picture into your Po%erPoint presentation or 6ord document using the 8nsert tab provided in
the 39ce program*
8f you %ish to create additional performance graphs! you can do so! but the above si$ bar graphs
tell an ade1uate story about your companys historical performance*
A slide describing your strategic vision for the company*
A slide that sho%s %hat performance targets for /P0! 23/! credit rating! and image rating you and
your co-managers %ould set for each of the ne$t t%o years (assuming the simulation %ere to
continue* :ou may also %ant to indicate a stock price target as %ell*
A slide that sets forth your companys competitive strategy in entry-level cameras in some detail
and ho% that strategy has evolved over the years you have managed the company* :ou may need
to have more than one slide here if your companys strategy in entry-level cameras varies
markedly from geographic region to geographic region*
A slide that sets forth your companys competitive strategy in multi-featured cameras in some
detail and ho% that strategy has evolved over the years* Again! more than one slide may be
