Water Activities

*Water Exercise Classes- Morning classes meet in the


warm-water pool for a work-out suitable for all ages and
abilities.
*Aqua Cardio- Join us for an hour of cardio work in the
water with a session of strength training. This is a great low-
impact option to get your heart rate up and burn calories.
*Arthritis Water Workout- This course is designed to be
a suitable low-impact workout for anyone sufering from any
mobility and fexibility issues. Gain strength and reduce joint-
pain with our Arthritis Water Workout. All classes are taught
in the warm-water pool to provide maximum comfort.
*SilverSplash- SilverSplash ofers LOTS of fun and
shallow water moves to improve agility, fexibility and
cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required,
and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop
strength, balance and coordination.
*Aqua Bootcamp-Looking for an intense workout while
enjoying the low-impact benefts of the water? This is the
class for you! All areas of the pool are utilized; lap swimming
skills not required.
Land Activities

*SilverSneakers Classic- Move through a variety of
exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range
of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers
ball are ofered for resistance. A chair is available if needed
for seated or standing support.
*SilverSneakers Cardio- Combine fun with ftness to
increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance
power with a standing circuit workout. A chair is ofered
for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
*Boot camp Workout: Tis total body workout can be
adapted to any age and ability. From kickboxing, to yoga,
to circuit training, you will never get bored with this great
all-around class!
*iCore- Each exercise will be presented with higher
and lower intensity options so this class is for all levels
of ftness. A stronger core can improve lower back pain,
increase balance, and decrease risk of injuries.
*Couch to 5k- Getting ready for a summer 5k? Join us for
this great class that will work on your endurance, speed,
strength, and ability. All ability levels welcome!

*TRX Training-TRX Suspension Training utilizes your
own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance,
coordination, fexibility, core and joint stability, all while
preventing injuries. You can minimize your training time
by working your entire body switching from one exercise
to the next in seconds. Plus, you can easily adjust each
movement to ft your own ftness level.
TRXpress- Tis is a 30 minute class for any athletic
ability. It is a frst come frst serve class with a maximum of 12
participants.
TRX Group- 55 minute class open to everyone. It is a
frst come frst serve class with a maximum of 12 participants
TRX Trainee- Tis group class is 55 minutes long and
is open to everyone! During TRX Trainee, you will learn some
of the main TRX moves while concentrating on good form and
beginning to build up your muscular endurance. If you are
curious about trying TRX, this is the class for you!
Note: AQUATIC CLASSES WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL
AUGUST 20th.
