1. By these two applications applicant seek review of common order
passed in both appeals on June 20, 2014.

2. Since the Division Bench order dated June 20, 2014 contained two
separate orders, proper course for the applicants was either to move the Apex
Court or to seek direction for placing the matter before the third member and
not to file review applications. In this view of the matter, counsel for the
applicants seeks to withdraw the review applications.

3. Accordingly, the review applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Both
the appeals are directed to be placed before the learned third member, Shri Jog
Singh on September 5, 2014.
