Project name: Bestech Park View Grand Spa

Park View Grand Spa is a collection of luxury residential apartments in Sector
81, Gurgaon. The project consists of a total of 10 high rise residential
apartments with the tallest signature tower being 105 meters tall. There is also
provision for certain other amenities in the project like swimming pool, tennis
courts etc.



Safety Measures
The company stressed heavily on ensuring safety of all personnel working on
site to avoid any injuries or loss of life. For this purpose, a safety briefing was
held where the safety measures being adopted by the company were
highlighted, along with the personal safety measures to be adopted by each
personnel on site. Some of the safety measures adopted by the company were:
The company ensured that there was safe access to all places of work
including roads, walkways, ladders etc.
Materials were stored safely and all holes were covered and clearly
marked.
Adequate lighting was provided on site.
Regular inspection of equipment like ladders and scaffolds to avoid any
accidents on account of faulty equipment.
Ensuring the availability and accessibility of First Aid material on site.
Some safety measures that were to be followed by personnel on site were:
All workers were required to wear a safety helmet on the site at all
times.
All personnel working with any electrical or lifting equipment were
required to know the precautions listed for the equipment.
Playing with any equipment was strictly prohibited.
Running and distracting fellow workers was strictly prohibited.
All personnel were required to know where the fire safety equipment
was located and how to use it.


Some of the safety equipment that were provided on site for the workers
were:
Hard hats or safety helmets to protect workers from head injury due to a
flying object or collision
For performing certain tasks, the workers were required to wear
protective eye gear in the form of clear or coloured goggles or a face
shield. Personnel performing tasks which involved exposure of eyes to
dust, heat or light (especially during welding) were advised to wear
protective eye wear.
Personnel engaged in activities producing high noise were required to
wear equipped with suitable ear protection like ear muffs.
Hands are most vulnerable to injuries while carrying out construction
work and thus protective gloves were provided to all personnel engaged
in activities like grinding, concreting, welding etc.
Safety harnesses for protection against falls.









Quality Control
Quality assurance evaluates and modifies an organization's procedures to
make sure they provide the desired results. When a quality control program is
incorporated into the day-to-day operations of an organization, it provides a
quality culture within the organization. A QA/QC plan establishes a standard
guideline for enabling Developers like us to comply with governing
specifications. Quality assurance and control plans help in incorporating state/
local procedures and policies in the system. They serve as a road map for
Developers to follow.

At Bestech; quality assurance and control plan includes an organizational
structure, details on the responsibilities, it gazes the entire construction
process and also verifies the quality of materials being used. It ensures that
building defects can be identified when they occur and can be alleviated
quickly and without extending construction deadlines.
