Q: Where is my information on the ID card?
A: Your name and all information that is placed on the ID order form is in the QR code to the
left of the card and is password protected.
Q: How do I see the information?
A: You need to download an application from the Quick Mark Website:
http://www.quickmark.com.tw/en/basic/index.asp or if you do not have one of the phones
that have a QR code reader, then you can download the application for your Personal
Computer here: http://www.quickmark.com.tw/en/basic/downloadPC.asp and you can test
the id below. The password is password.

SECURITY FEATURES
1: IF SOMEONE STEALS YOUR CARD, ALL THEY HAVE IS A PICTURE WITH NO READABLE INFORMATION
ON THE FACE OF THE CARD. IF THE THIEF DOES NOT KNOW YOUR PASSWORD, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO
PASTE THEIR PICTURE OVER YOURS AND STEAL YOUR IDENTITY.
2: ALL INFORMATION THAT IS PLACED ON THE ID ORDER FORM IS SENT TO AN EMAIL, THAT
INFORMATION IS COPIED AND PASTED ONTO A DOCUMENT AND THEN PLACED INTO THE QR CODE. THE
DOCUMENT IS THEN SENT TO THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR TO BE COPIED AND STORED ON AN
EXTERIOR HARD DRIVE. THE EMAIL IS DELETED. THE INFORMATION IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE
INTERNET IN ANYWAY NOR IS A DATABASE EXPOSED TO HACKERS. THE INFORMATION IS STORED IN
UNDISCLOSED AREAS AND VARIOUS HARDDRIVES NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AND ONLY
KNOWN BY A FEW PEOPLE AS TO WHERE THOSE HARDDRIVES ARE STORED.
3: THIS SYSTEM GIVES THE AFFIRMED AMERICAN NATIONAL THE PEACE OF MIND THAT THEIR IDENTITY
CANNOT BE STOLEN. THE REGISTRAR CAN BE CALLED IN CASE THE PASSWORD IS FORGOTTEN, AND IF
LOST, CAN BE REPLACED WITH A BRAND NEW CARD AND PASSWORD. THE AMERICAN NATIONAL HAS
FULL CONTROL AS TO WHO SEES THE INFORMATION AND DETERMINES ITS USE. ALL INFORMATION
STORED ON THE CARD IS THE SOLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE AMERICAN NATIONAL HOLDING
THE CARD UNDER INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COPYRIGHT.
4: THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL ANYONE FOR VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY BECAUSE THE QR CODE ON THE
RIGHT HAS A LINK TO A GOVERNMENT WEBPAGE NOT SEEN BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON THE INTERNET.
THE QR CODE ON THE RIGHT IS ALSO PASSWORD PROTECTED. EVEN IF SOMEONE FIGURED OUT THE
PASSWORD FOR THE QR CODE ON THE RIGHT, THE WEBPAGE THAT IS LINKED DOES NOT DISCLOSE ANY
PRIVATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CARD HOLDER. IT CONTAINS GENERAL INFORMATION AS WHO TO
CONTACT IN CASE OF AN INTERNATIONAL INCIDENT AND A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE CONFEDERACY OF 1781 IS ALWAYS WITH THE
CARD HOLDER IN CASE THE GOVERNMENT IS NEEDED. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO NEED TO TRACK THE
AMERICAN NATIONAL NOR ANY NEED TO INVADE THE PRIVACY OF THE CARD HOLDER BY THE
GOVERNMENT. THE CARD HOLDER MAKES ALL OF THE DECISIONS OF INFORMATION DISCLOSURE. EVEN
OFFICE HOLDERS HAVE TO CALL THE REGISTRAR TO OBTAIN INFORMATION IF NEEDED TO RESOLVE AN
INTERNATIONAL CONFLICT.
5: THE DESIGN OF THE CARD AND HOW IT FUNCTIONS IS UNDER INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY COPYRIGHT ALONG WITH THE AUTOMOBILE PLATES TO PROTECT THE PROCESS AND THE
DESIGNS FROM OTHER NATIONS. IF OTHER NATIONS AND STATES WOULD LIKE TO USE THIS TYPE OF
SYSTEM, PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO OBTAIN A LICENSE TO USE THIS TYPE OF SECURITY PROCESS
TO PROTECT ITS CITIZENS AND NATIONALS OF THEIR NATION OR STATE.
THIS PROCESS AND DESIGN IS THE SIMPILIST WAY TO PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY AND IS NOW AVAILABLE
TO ALL NATURALIZED AND AFFIRMED AMERICAN NATIONALS.

WHAT IS NEEDED? HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ID CARD?
1: You can send a passport photo in jpg. or .png format by email to registrar@generalpost.org
. Please do not send a photo that was taken by a private photographer such as glamour shots, or JC
Penny with woods or other scenery behind your head. The photo on the first page of this document
should be a clear enough example as to what is needed.
2: You can send cash or blank money order in the amount: 128.00 USD, if you are using that form of
currency and send by CERTIFIED or Regular mail to:

The majority of those funds go towards supporting the Government of The United States of America
after some administrative fees to pay for materials, labor shipping etc... The assembly and the office
holders are accountable as to how it is spent and must publish an annual report as to where the funds
went and for what purpose.

Financial Disbursement Report for ID Cards only, per ID card:
1: 25.00 outsourced labor costs
2: 5.00 for transfer fees
3: 8.00 for shipping
4: 5.00 replacements cost for supplies
5: 85.00 goes to the Government for The United States of America to be disbursed towards expanding
services for its people. Shipping usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks once the ID Card Order form is sent.

When the coubitt system is in place, these costs will reduce dramatically. However, it takes these costs
to get the coubitt system in place. Waiting will only delay the relief planned for the people as a whole.
