proposed project, and may not be revealed to any person, organization, consultant, or vendor without express

- Submit Design wherein customer can submit the newly designed T Shirt
along with his details, so that R. S. Apparels executive can give them a
quotation on prices based on the design.

email client on the visitors systems.
o Google Map: Drive way locator for both the Showroom and the Workshops. A

Links to social media networking websites such as Linked In, Facebook, MouthShut,
Flickr, Linked In, Tweeter, etc.

The client would receive their own individual login ids so as to visit these sites to see
comments and feedback from their viewers across the globe.
DELIVERABLES
Designing and developing a new website for R. S. Apparels.

The Web Site will be hosted on a web server as directed by R. S. Apparels or by Rosoft
Limited.

A new look will be provided to the website with images and flash graphics. All content to
be provided by R. S. Apparels in a timely fashion.

Upload images, animations, text content etc. of the new features as provided by R. S.
Apparels.

The services rendered will include 12 free updates (limited to 1 every month) of the web
pages. eg. Adding new photos and content, deleting photos and content etc.

Adding new web pages to the existing number of pages will cost Rs.5000/- per page; same
for making changes to the layout of the existing pages and adding more complexity, such as
flash animations, videos etc.

Rosoft Limited will be responsible for repairing any broken links within the pages for the
first 6 months as part of free maintenance.

Search Engine Optimization will be provided at basic level on the web pages that we
develop for the client. Meta-tags optimization, file name optimization will be provided free
of cost.

Advanced PR, creating social media networking apps, purchasing of optimization words,
Pay per Click, featured advertisement on Facebook etc. will cost as per actual.

ASSUMPTIONS
R. S. Apparels will release any and all information that Rosoft Limited deems required for
effectively executing the development of the required web pages in a timely manner.
Rosoft Limited has the right to alter the technologies and platforms as they deem fit in
order to better execute and carry out the development of the web pages required.
Rosoft Limited cannot modify the details of R. S. Apparels media unless specified
otherwise, with due permissions in place.
We shall provide R. S. Apparels with login details to their new ftp server, email server and
domain.

MILESTONES
Rosoft Limited will be responsible for creating, designing, integrating and deploying of web pages
to their domain viz., www.rsapparels.co.in
The milestones identified are:

Beta Testing of the web pages

Finalizing of the web pages

PRICING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The above deliverables are priced at Rs.____________ (plus service taxes), towards design and
development and Hosting of the R. S. Apparel site.
Costing breakdown:

AMC of website maintenance included (for the first year). Changes to the
existing content only. No design or layout related changes. More - please
refer to deliverables.

No Additional work or scope is assumed or implied beyond what is explicitly specified in this
document.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Beta Demonstration 3-4 weeks from SOW acceptance.
Final Delivery 1 weeks post beta delivery.
These dates are indicative dates, and will be achieved on a Best Effort basis.
These do not account for delays or contingencies of delays from R. S. Apparels in releasing any
relevant data or information as Rosoft Limited might require from time to time. These dates are
subject to Force Majeure.

This is a confidential document. All rights of this document are reserved with Rosoft Limited. This
document has been constructed with the proprietary information as supplied from R. S. Apparels to
Rosoft Limited, along with Rosoft Limiteds internal documentation. This document shall be a
copyrighted document.
Neither any part, nor the whole of this document may be distributed to any parties outside of R. S.
Apparels or Rosoft Limited without prior expressed written permission from Rosoft Limited. At no

time may R. S. Apparels utilize any part or whole of this document, or any Rosoft Limited authored

THE R.S. APPARELS ACCEPTANCE
I accept the document in its entirety, and understand the terms and conditions laid out herein. I
approve the scope of work as illustrated in this document and hereby contract Rosoft Limited to
deliver the product as described herein and I agree to fulfill all of my obligations under this
document.
I understand that this document is a confidential document and will not release this document to
any third party whatsoever, and further accept full responsibility maintaining the confidentiality of
this document.
