2. No. of KPIs should be within 5-8. However, Top Management can be stretched to 10 KPIs whilst Junior Management need to observe a minimum of 4 KPIs.
3. KPI must be sorted by Area of Focus, followed by weightage.
4. KPI score is calculated based on Actual Achievement (H). Below Base Target (Column F), KPI scoring would be 0% (see column I). Meet Base Target = 50%.
