public.
Addressing the weaknesses of the operation will help the company to
maximize its effort for bringing growth for the business. There will be an
evaluation for each department and repositioning of personnel who are
underperforming. The sales quota will be doubled since the sales department is
working poorly. Marketing department will employ personnel to help in the
marketing process. Production department should be more proactive and
enthusiastic in doing their task to prevent delays and complaints from customers.
