Full audit (11 of 11 files) of agency TCOLE licensing files conducted with Asst. Jail Administrator Angie Sigmon. Sheriff Mullen and Chief Deputy Shields present for portions of the audit. Listed documents
missing from files- compliance date of 03/18/14 given for L2/3 and Firearms deficiencies, and 04/11/14 given for all other deficiencies. One F5 cmpleted on-site (364092).Sigmon acknowledged the deficiencies
and the compliance dates by signing the Preliminary Audit Report. a copy of the Audit Report and a TCOLE INformation Packet was emailed to Sigmon prior to the end of the audit. During the course of the
audit, TCOLE name change, and new Telecommunicator/Scholl Marshals licensees were discussed. Agency has submitted 2013 Racial Profiling Report as required. Sigmon was given some basic TCLEDDS
training.
