New features in FlexiHopper C5.2.1 (and C3.3.1):

Release Description:


- Performance 24h RX min/max monitoring
The following measurements are supported:
o 15m and 24h Rx level min/max monitoring with 1 record history
o 15m and 24h Rx level min/max monitoring with 16 record history
o The above measurements are supported by BSC S10.5 CD4.1 and OSS3.1 ED2 CD210 or later
- HSB support for SW activation of active OU
o When an active transmitter receives SW activation command in HSB configuration, it forces the operation
to the another transmitter before reset. The enhancement shortens bit error burst in case of SW
download/activation, when HSB configuration is used.

FlexiHopper C5.2.1 (and C3.3.1) is compatible with following indoor units:
FIU19 C2.4 (SW P55230.01A8, HW A) in single mode (with Hopper Manager C4.5.2 or later).
FIU19 C4.3.1 (SW P55234.01C1, HW B and C) in single and HSB mode (with Hopper Manager C4.5.2) or later.
FIU19 C4.6 (SW P55234.01F0, HW C) in diversity modes (with Hopper Manager C4.5.2) or later.
FIU19E C1.5 (with Hopper Manager C4.5.2) or later.
FIU19E C2.0 (with Hopper Manager C4.6) or later
RRIC C2.2-2 and RRIC C3.3-2 (with Hopper Manager C4.5.2 or later)
FXC RRI ITN2.0 or later
AXC IFUE C2.0 (with AXC-FB Manager C1.2) or later

FlexiHopper C5.2.1 (and C3.3.1) is air-interface compatible with:

C5.2.1, FHP C1.0, MH C3.1). The problem concerns only
the G.826 statistic values, the RX Min/Max results are got
