OFFENSE OR A WAIVER OF ITS RIGHT.
- MONETARY PENALTY CAN BE IMPOSED BY THE COMPANY BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF OFFENSE DONE BY THE EMPLOYEE.
- OTHER ACTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE LIST OF OFFENSE OR AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME SHALL BE DEALT
WITH THE APPROPRIATE PENALTIES.
- ALL VIOLATIONS NEED AN INCIDENT REPORT FROM THE OFFENDER.
