1. Geological Mapping of three (3) Coal blocks claim covering 3, 000 hectares,
at Candiz, Siocon, Zamboang Sibugay to ascertain the coal deposit in each
coal block which includes, coal sampling for laboratory tests and calculated
the Estimated Reserved in each coal blocks and likewise made the work
program for the Phase II exploration works.

1. Re-Assessment of the coal deposit beneath coal blocks 1, 2, 3 prior to

1. A 200 blocks of mining claim of nickel laterites with associated mineral of
chromite and copper, together with co-geologist and mappers conducted
geological mapping to identify the nickel laterites bearing rock formation,
and subsurface exploratory tests to ascertain the depth thickness of nickel
lateritic soil and sapphrolite layer. Made the sampling for one (1) meter
interval and test the sample using X-Ray Innovex Gun.

J IREH MINING, Iligan City
Consulting Exploration Geologist:
1. Made geological assessment of the open pit mining at manganese deposit
suddenly disappeared below a certain meter depth from the ground of the
pit. Suggests additional drill holes to confirm the presence of manganese
vein below at deeper depth of the pit.
2. Continuation of geological aping in nearby creek for possible exposed of
manganese outcrops that previously mapped in the mining pit.
3. Geologic assessment of Silica Deposit in Sultan Naga, Dimaporo for
possible venture to other mineral deposit of the company if viable.

MW Pulangi IV Hydro-Electric Project for the power intake to Powerhouse site of the
said project site handing two (2) power project at the same time and year.

Prepared also geological and geotechnical feasibility study report of the project.

Brief Sen. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, now the President of the Philippines regarding the status of
hydro power development in Bukidnon in particular of the study of Pulangi river basin Hydro
power Complex Project.

In connection with the Water suppky requirements of Iligan City, Lanao del Norte as requested
by the Iligan City Water Works District and together with their Civil Engineers, prepared the
geological and hydrogeological study of additional water source supply of the city thru the
Development of the Ditucalan Spring Lines as the additional source of water supply of the city.

Reported movement of Iligan Fault that caused ground cracking which damaged Mabolo Farm
and Five (5) NPC Steel Towers.

9.0 VOLUNTARY WORKS OR CIVIC SERVICES DONE IN THE COMMUNITY

Reconnaissance Survey and did geological study of the proposed two (2) water storage tank
locations in Purok- 7A- Barangay Luniab, Iligan City
Conducted evaluation and assessment of the landslide that will threaten the location of
Cabili High School Building Annex, Sta. Elena, Iligan City. The landslide is so progressive
having circular failure which if not protected will damaged the said school building.
Contributed in the preparation of Brgy. Development Planning (BDP) of Luinab, Iligan
City. Assigned to do the tasks on the present and used and Economics of the said Barangay
last February 2003.
Rehabilitation works of existing spring at Country Hills, Brgy. Luinab, Iligan city last
February 2003.
