RECRUITMENT IN FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA (FCI)

The Staff Selection Commission will hold an open competitive examination for recruitment to
Category III posts in Food Corporation of Indian in General, Accounts, Depot and Technical cadres in the
pay scale of Rs.9300-22940/- (IDA pattern).
The posts are located at five zones of FCI i.e. North, South, East, West and North East.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
AG III (Technical)
B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University
B.Sc. with any of the following subjects from a recognized University Botany/Zoology/Bio-
Technology/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science
B.Tech./BE in Food Science/Food Science & Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Bio-Technology
from a recognized University/an institution approved by AICTE.
Proficiency in use of Computers
FOR AG III (Depot),AG III (Account)
Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized University with proficiency in use of computers.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
The Examination will comprise of Written Examination in two phases-
WRITTEN TEST
The examination will consist of two papers as detailed below for Post Codes A, B and D for
General, Depot and Accounts Cadres. Candidates applying for Post Code C for [Technical
Cadre] will appear in Paper-I and Paper-III. The examination in paper III will be of degree level.
Paper I and II will be of Higher Secondary Level.
