Bid$( 4 Se)!em&e# 2015 7 /he Special Representative of the
UN Secretary-General for Somalia8 Nicholas "ay8 today visited
9aidoa to support *ederal Government and local e4orts to esta1lish
a new interim administration in south west Somalia comprising the
regions of 9ay8 9a#ool and 6ower Sha1elle2
While in 9aidoa8 SRSG "ay met with the Spea#er of the Somali
*ederal +arliament8 Mohamed &sman ,awari8 as well as signatories
to the agreement on an interim administration in south west
Somalia and mem1ers of the technical committee esta1lished to
implement it2
:e encouraged all sta#eholders to expedite the implementation of
the agreement8 noting that the momentum of Somalia;s state-
1uilding process should not 1e interrupted2 SRSG "ay welcomed the
commitment of all parties to a fully inclusive process2 <
SRSG "ay urged those who remain outside the process to support
the agreement and contri1ute to 1uilding a federal Somalia8 and
called on all parties to continue their wor# constructively and
peacefully8 and avoid any actions that might undermine peace and
security2
