Provide technical supervision to upper level commanders, technical supervision of programs and realistic training
designed to save lives in a combat environment. Scheduled and provided transport to senior military and civilian leaders
in national emergency situations.

Accomplishments:
Developed and executed a flight training program for a 53-member forward deployed aviation unit.
Trained 30 aircrew members, five instructor pilots and four standardization pilots, while simultaneously
flying over 200 hours.
Brought organization into compliance and achieving a commendable rating, despite a failing rating only one
month prior; compliance reinstated units combat readiness and funding eligibility.
Revamped units standard operating procedures which were more than four years obsolete and did not
reflect the units current mission or directives from higher headquarters; initiated required training and
training documentation.
Established and controlled internal evaluation process ensuring trainer effectiveness and qualified aircrew
members. Directed primary trainers in understanding current missions, training requirements and training
methodologies.
