Inti Tes wawancara adalah berusaha untuk menggali kompetensi yakni Keahlian ( skill), Pengetahuan
(knowledge), Perilaku (behavior) dan atribut personal (personal attribute) serta satu lagi yang bersifat tambahan
tapi harus ada yakni Motivasi (motivation)
