Sales Rep Job Description

Hub Tech Mobile Software is currently seeking several telesales / telemarketing
persons for our Sales Rep Team. We are a new Boston SEO, PPC, ORM, Social
Media Management and mobile web development company looking for people with
telephone and cold call experience. This is a remote work from home position
however it will require regular weekly meetings and daily reports of progress and
detailed prospective client reports.

The services we provide are managed hosting, mobile website design and
development, mobile app design and development, SEO, PPC, social media
marketing, content writing, local directories, Google Places Optimization, Mobile
websites, blogging, and video optimization.

Our company is comprised of some of the best techs in the business enabling us to
show great references even though the actual company is new.

We are a new company offering outsourced I.T. services with a focus on SEO. We
are extremely priced competitive and our company focuses on providing low cost
solutions to bolster profits in a down economy. With our continued focused on
providing cost effective solutions to local small & mid-sized businesses, your job

month SEO strategy to increase their sales, by bringing to the front page of all

large upfront commissions.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong network of potential
business owners that may need website or marketing services. The position would
entail reaching out to prospective clients in an effort to set up sales/consultation
meetings to promote our services.

Cold calling and web/marketing sales experience preferred. Our ideal candidate is a
highly motivated, detail-oriented person who is able to work independently with
excellent follow through. Good communication skills and the ability to be a team
player required.

We offer a great commission package. Lead procurement and sales methods also
supplied. A good salesperson can earn in excess of 100k.

It would also be helpful to have experience in sales of web design and building, seo,
marketing of online services and products.

This position will call for you to be able to:

1) Work without constant supervision
2) Locate and cold call prospective clients and sell them our
web design, seo and marketing services.
3) Excellent online research skills needed as well as skilled in recording detailed
client reports.

We are a fun and energized company with a relaxed and stress free attitude and
currently have two full time and 2 part time positions open for the right candidates.
This is a commissioned based position to start with very high residual income
potential. Once you are established and have a proven record of success with us,
we offer a base salary plus commission.

Most sales are made online or by phone.
Sales Reps place outbound calls and are responsible for identifying, qualifying and
closing sales.
Must be articulate and able to cultivate relationships with Businesses and Online
Advertisers.
Actively track and manage lead pipeline. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Educate prospects on Online Advertising opportunities with over 100 Websites in
family of Hub Tech Mobile Software

Qualifications:

Knowledge of computer usage in a web-based environment
Familiar with Online marketing activities (SEO, SEM, CPM, CPC, etc)
Selling directory listings a definite advantage
3+ years of previous telesales experience preferred especially in advertising
or directories.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid analytical and technical skills
Exposure to formal sales methodologies
Maintain records of correspondence
Research companies on Internet, industry publications, and third party tools
to identify new targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to
detail and accuracy
Must possess a calm/professional telephone presence.
Ability to multi-task; flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced
environment
Able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional
manner
Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
Business, Sales and Marketing diploma an asset.

Responsible for attainment of sales targets & quota on a monthly basis

Email Marketing
In office visits
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Demonstrated ability to learn a complex product line quickly
Participate in trade shows, marketing events and company events
Managing accounts once they sign up thru:
Office visits
Phone calls
E-Mail Marketing
Monthly reports (in conjunction with Project Manager)
