Disciplined accumulation of gold grams on a daily basis and obtain physical gold at a future date
` 1000/- and in multiples of ` 100/- thereafter. Initial subscription can be higher than monthly subscription.
Gold Grams of 24 Carat Gold of 995 fineness and upto 4 decimal points rounded down shall be allotted to the customers under the R-MGP plan.
6 months from the date of initial subscription. Fulfillment of Gold Grams shall not be permitted during the Lock-in period.
Cheque / DD / Pay Order / ECS / Direct Debit / Cash / Online Payment.
24 Carat Gold of 995 fineness or more available in Gold Coins of denominations of 0.5 / 1 / 2 / 5 / 8/ 10 / 20 / 50 /100 grams. Jewelry option also
1 year to 15 years (with interval of 1 year).

Physical copy of welcome letter to be sent to customer on successful generation of Customer ID. Statement of Holding will be issued only by
email on a monthly basis. Physical copy of the Statement of Holdings as on the 31st of March will be dispatched within 20 Business days.
Daily Gold Price (up to 2 decimal points) in Rupees per gram for 24 Carat Gold of 995 fineness shall be declared by RMPM on or before 11:00 am
for all business days. The Daily Gold Price will be uploaded on www.reliancemgp.com
` 1000/- and in multiples of ` 100/- thereafter.
Additional purchase will not be adjusted against any monthly dues.
Clear funds from Monthly and Additional Subscriptions shall be split into 20 equal tranches which shall be utilized over 20 successive business days for
allotment of Gold Grams as per the Daily Gold Price.
A Business Day / Working Day means any day other than Saturday or Sunday or a day declared as holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act,1881
or a day on which normal business could not be transacted due to storms, floods, bandhs, strikes, riots or any other events as RMPM may specify from
time to time
The following persons (subject to permissions under their respective constitutions and relevant State Regulations) are eligible to subscribe to the Plan:
1) Adult Resident Indian Individuals
2) Non resident Indians
3) Minors wherein Parents / Lawful guardians are applying on behalf of minors
4) Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) in the name of HUF or Karta
The complete process starting from placing of a request for delivery of the accumulated Gold Grams by the Customer till the actual physical delivery of
Gold Coin to the customer
The shops / outlets of the Fulfillment Partner, whether owned by the Fulfillment Partner directly or operated by a franchisee of the Fulfillment Partner,
from where a Customer shall be entitled to take physical delivery of the Gold Coins.

Taxes such as VAT/CST/Octroi and any other applicable State taxes. Delivery Charges as applicable, if any

Price. This is a non-refundable fee paid towards setup/ administration costs.
No pre-mature termination charge post 1 year of subscription. Pre-mature termination charge of 2.5% of the cumulative subscription amount paid
shall apply only on fulfillment within 1 year of Customer ID generation if the cumulative subscription amount is less than 12 times the monthly
subscription amount.
0.5% per annum Safe Keeping Charges on the total subscription amount. In case fulfillment is not effected within 60 days of issue of fulfillment
voucher. The charge is applicable only in case the customer does not take delivery of Gold Coins within 60 days from the date of issue of
Fulfillment Voucher or the date of completion of chosen tenure whichever is earlier.

PAYMENT MODES
Electronic Clearing Service (ECS): There are 88 ECS locations across India. After getting a mandate from the customer, funds are cleared from the respective account of the
customers bank to R-MGP account within 2 days and for few locations beyond 2 days depending on the clearing cycle of the respective locations This is also one of the safest modes of
transfer of funds thru electronic clearing introduced by RBI.
Direct Debit: If customer has a bank account, with a participating bank with which RMPM has tied up, the fund transfer will happen through Direct Debit Mode. This facility is
carried out on the basis of the mandate given by the customer.
Cash: For customers opting for this payment mode, allocation will be done on T+1 as funds will be cleared in R-MGP account on T day.

1. Please read the product brochure of Reliance My Gold Plan (RMGP) carefully before enrolling. All applicants are deemed
to have read, understood and accepted the terms subject to which this of fer is being made and bind themselves to the
terms upon signing the application form and tendering payment
2. The application form must be filled in English in BLOCK letters using black or dark blue colored ink. Incomplete
applications are liable to be rejected. Please tick in the appropriate box for relevant options wherever applicable. Please
do not overwrite. For any correction / changes (if any) made, the primary applicant is requested to authenticate the same
by canceling and re-writing the correct details and counter-signing the same. Please refer to the checklist at the bottom of
the application form to ensure that the requisite details and attachments have been provided. This will help in avoiding
processing delays and / or rejection of your application form
3. Existing customers of RMGP who wish to open another R-MGP account may provide the existing Customer ID and
proceed directly to the section relating to subscription details
4. The applicants' name and address must be given in full (P.O. Box No. alone is not sufficient). This will be used for
correspondence/contacting the customer. If the Applicant is a minor, the name of the guardian who will sign on behalf of the
minor should be filled in the space provided. Please fill in your date of birth as this may be required for validating your
identity for certain transactions/communication. Also, please provide Telephone No. / E-mail Id of the Applicant, so as to
facilitate faster and efficient communication
5. PAN Requirements: PAN shall be mandatory in case the total subscription amount exceeds an amount of Rs. 5 lakh
anytime during the tenure of the Plan OR single monthly subscription amount is Rs. 50,000 or more.
6. Nomination is a mandatory requirement for all applicants. Nomination can be changed at anytime during the tenure of the Plan.
7. Signatures should be in English or in any other Indian language. Thumb impressions must be attested by a Judicial
Magistrate/Notary Public under his/her official seal. In case of HUF, the Karta should sign on behalf of the HUF
8. The Applicant cannot be the Guardian in case a minor is being nominated.
In case the Applicant is a minor the relationship/status of the guardian as father, mother or legal guardian and Date of birth
of the minor shall be specified in the application form and following documents shall be submitted along with the
application form as evidence:
8.1. Birth certificate of the minor, or
8.2. School leaving certificate / Mark sheet issued by Higher Secondary Board of respective states, ICSE, CBSE etc.,
or
8.3. Passport of the minor, or
8.4. Any other suitable proof evidencing the date of birth of the minor.
8.5. In case of court appointed legal guardian, supporting documentary evidence shall be provided.
8.6. In case of natural guardian a document evidencing the relationship if the same is not available as part of the
documents submitted
9. If you have invested through a distributor kindly specify the Name and Distributor Code of the distributor else for Direct

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ECS/Direct Debit Facility
1. The customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of ECS/Direct Debit facility as applicable at the time of subscription and as may be modified from time to time at a
later stage
2. This ECS facility is offered only to those customers having bank accounts in select cities as mentioned. The list of cities, banks and branches may be
modified/updated/changed/removed at any time in future without assigning any reasons or prior notice. The Direct Debit facility is only available with select banks as
mentioned in the list.
3. If the ECS/Direct Debit facility is discontinued in a city for any reason, Debit instructions for customers in such city via ECS/Direct Debit route may be discontinued without
prior notice. Such request for discontinuation should be received at least 15 days prior to the next due date of the ECS/Direct Debit
4. Customers can attach a cancelled cheque or a copy of the cheque pertaining to the bank account which is to be registered for ECS/Direct Debit. Alternatively, customers can
also get the bank account mentioned on the form certified from their banker with the bank seal
5. If the transaction or registration of ECS is delayed or not effected at all for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information or due to any other reason attributable to clearing
settlement mechanism, the customer would not hold any of the participants responsible
6. The bank account provided for ECS should participate in local MICR clearing. Incase MICR code is not provided or incorrect code is mentioned on the application form, the
application for ECS/Direct Debit will be liable to be rejected.
7. This request for debit mandate may be revoked only through a written letter from the account holder submitted atleast one month in advance withdrawing the mandate and
acknowledged at RMPM/registrar/bank counters
8. Customers will not hold RMPM, its service providers, banks and the collection service provider responsible, if the transaction is delayed or not effected or the customer bank
account is debited after the specific date, due to various clearing rules, clearing settlement cycles of ECS, local or national holidays or to due to any action/non-action by the
bankers or service provider
9. RMPM and its other service providers shall not be responsible and liable for any damages/compensation for any loss, damage etc. incurred by the customer. The customer
assumes the entire risk of using this facility and takes full responsibility
10. Bank or service provider shall not be liable for, nor be in default, by reason of any failure or delay in execution under this authority, where such failure or delay is caused in
whole or in part by any acts of God, natural calamities, riots, strike, change of government and banking policies, force majeure events, other perils, communication network
disruptions, etc.
11. In case customer wishes to change the bank account details for the existing ECS/Direct Debit mandate registered, then he has to provide a cancellation for the existing
mandate and re-register fresh Mandate with the new bank details.
12. If the debit date of any of the monthly ECS/Direct Debit transaction is a non-transaction day for the scheme, then the units shall be allotted on the next / following transaction day.

on best effort basis and subject to availability, shall make available the required denomination In case of
Optimum option, the system shall calculate the optimum quantity of each denomination so as to minimize the
making charges., subject to necessary stock being available at the fulfilment locations.
d) Fulfilment upon Maturity
The customer will have to specify the fulfilment preferences at least 1 month prior to maturity date failing which the
default fulfilment preferences shall apply.
e) Partial Fulfilment
I. Partial fulfilment can only be done if the grams accumulated in the customer's account are greater than 5 grams.
Customer can request for a partial fulfilment post lock-in period and latest 1 month prior to maturity date subject
to a minimum fulfilment of 5 grams and in multiples of 0.5 grams thereafter.
ii. No change to the fulfilment preferences shall be allowed once the partial fulfilment request has been submitted
iii. In case there are any balance grams at the time of maturity, then the same shall be processed as Fulfilment upon
Maturity as explained in point above.
f) Pre-mature fulfilment
I. Pre-mature fulfilment is allowed only post lock-in period by submitting a fulfilment request form indicating pre-
mature fulfilment along with cessation of monthly payment ( ECS Cancellation From)
ii. Pre-mature termination charges of 2.5% of the cumulative subscription amount paid shall apply only on fulfilment
within 1 year of Customer ID generation if the cumulative subscription amount is less than 12 times the monthly
subscription amount. All pre-mature requests will have a processing time of 30 days from the date of request
received by the company.
iii. In case of pre-mature fulfilment, gold grams shall be allotted under the One-Time Allotment option for the
residual amount corresponding to the last subscription realized. In the event the customer submits a pre-mature
termination request just before an ECS/direct debit due date, it is possible there may be instances where the
amount has already been deducted from the customer's bankaccount. In such a case, the said amount will be
fully refunded to the account of the customer by way of credit to the customer's bank account by RMPM within the
next 15 business days, free of any interest. Upon successful processing of the fulfilment request, the system
shall generate a maturity advice which shall bear the following details
Total Grams accumulated till date
Residual Grams for rounding-off to the nearest 0.5 grams
Denomination of Coins (only applicable for coins)
Round-off payments to be made for the residual grams. The Daily Gold Price shall be applicable on the
date the fulfilment process runs as described above.
Coin Making Charges as per the denomination of coins specified (only applicable for coins)
Delivery Charges as may be applicable.
Applicable Local Taxes and State levies like Octroi, Entry Taxes, etc which are calculated on the Pre-Tax
Invoice Amount
VAT/CST on the Invoice amount which shall be arrived at by totalling the Pre-Tax invoice amount and local
taxes and State levies as may be applicable
g) The Fulfilment related payments will have to be made in case of Jewellery fulfilment as well as coin fulfilment. The
fulfilment related payments shall be made by a single Cheque/DD payable locally, in the city where the collection
centres of RMPM are present or online at www.reliancemgp.com. Outstation Cheques/DD will not be accepted.
Cheque/DD should be crossed Account Payee and drawn in favour of Reliance My Gold Plan Customer ID. ... DD
charges as applicable shall be borne by the Customer.
h) The customer shall be issued an acknowledgement receipt/fulfilment voucher upon successful realization of fulfilment
related payments. The fulfilment voucher shall have a validity of 60 days from the date of issue of voucher.
I) The customer shall walk in-person to the fulfilment centre specified in the voucher during the validity of the voucher and
shall provide a copy of his/her photo id proof along with the voucher. If the customer is a minor then the guardian shall
accompany the minor and a copy of the guardian's photo id proof shall be required. Alternatively the customer can opt
for Home Delivery of Coins at the time of making fulfilment related payments.
j) In case of Coin fulfilment, the customer shall be handed over the denominations specified in the voucher along with the Tax
Invoice upon successful in-person verification. In case of Jewellery fulfilment, the Jeweller shall inform the customer of the
buy rate of gold grams specified in the voucher against which the customer can select any piece of jewellery.
k) In case the customer doesn't take delivery of coins/jewellery during the validity period of the voucher then the customer
will have to request for a new fulfilment voucher. The customer shall be liable to pay "Safekeeping Charge" (towards the
cost of storage and Insurance) at the rate of 0.50% per annum on the Invoice amount. This charge shall become
applicable from the date of issue of original voucher till the date of request for duplicate voucher. The charge is
applicable only in case the customer does not take delivery of Gold Coins/Jewelry within 60 days from the date of issue
of coin/jewellery Fulfillment Voucher or the date of completion of chosen tenure whichever is earlier.
l) There may be a difference between the gold grams buying price and selling price at the jewellery fulfilment partner..
m) The responsibility of RMPM ends (I) on delivery of coins and issuance of Tax invoice in case of coins and (ii) on
successful processing of fulfilment voucher by the Jeweller. RMPM is not responsible for any losses arising after
delivery of the coins to the customer. RMPM is not responsible for the purity of jewellery provided by the Jewellery
Fulfilment Partner. No claims whatsoever will be entertained by RMPM once the gold coins/jewellery has been collected
by the customers from the fulfilment partner.
18. Modes of Payment
a) ECS/Direct Debit: There should be a gap of minimum 30 days for the 1st monthly subscription date from the account
opening date i.e. the initial subscription date. If the number of days between initial subscription date / account opening date
and 1st monthly subscription date are less than 30 days, then the 1st monthly subscription date will start from next month
b) Post Dated Cheque
i. Post Dated Cheque (PDC) can be submitted in the place of an ECS/Direct Debit mandate.
ii. All PDCs under My gold Plan should be of same Monthly subscription Amount
iii. Customer will provide the required number of PDC in addition to the initial subscription as per tenure opted by
him/her. E.g. If customer has opted for tenure of 24 month, then customer will provide 23 PDCs plus 1 cheque of
current date for initial subscription. All PDCs have to be consistent in terms of amount, drawee bank, signature,
bank account number. Monthly Subsequent Cheques should be dated 10th or 20th. For example if an investor
wishes to have a monthly subscription of `1000/- each for 11 months. Starting from Feb'2013 to Dec'2013, i.e.
customer enrolled in plan on 5th Jan'2013. 11 PDCs of equal amount i.e. `1,000. All these cheques should bear
the same date of different months (10th or 20th of the month)
iv. All PDCs to be drawn in favour of Reliance My Gold Plan & crossed A/C Payee Only. All PDCs issued by the
customer should be multi-city/At par(CTS-2010) Standard Cheques as per RBI instructions. Monthly
subscriptions will not be registered if the customer submits non-CTS-2010 standard cheques.
v. Customer to mention name & application no. on reverse of all PDCs
vi. In case of rejection of Application the PDCs shall be returned to the postal address of the customer as stated in the
Application Form.
vii. Returned / Dishonoured cheque will not be presented again for collection
viii. In case of pre-mature fulfilment balance PDCs (if available) will be returned to the Customer.
ix. Customer to ensure there are no alterations/cancelations on any of the PDCs
x. The gap between initial cheque & first PDC should be at least 30 days. Refer example given in point 17 (a) above.
c) Cash
I. The customer may be charged a convenience fee by the Cash Acceptance Point for the convenience of providing
cash payment facility to the customer. The fee shall be a percentage of the subscription and will be a recurring fee
on every transaction.
ii. All outlets of ItzCash shall serve as Designated Cash Acceptance Points for My Gold Plan. The list of Designated
Cash acceptance points of Itz Cash and any additional Cash Acceptance Points shall be updated on the website
from time to time.
iii. Customer has to ensure that the monthly subscription amount in cash is deposited at the Cash Acceptance Point
every month.
iv. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the cash is deposited only with authorized cash acceptance points
and proper receipts are obtained for the same
19. RMPM reserves its right to alter, amend, add or delete a part or whole of the Plan, upon prior written notice of at least 2 months
and in such an event the Customer shall be at liberty to either continue with the plan with the changes/amendments or have an
option to opt for an immediate fulfillment by following the procedures laid down under clauses 16 herein above.
20. RMPM also reserves its right to discontinue the Plan any time after 3 years by providing prior written notice of at least 2 months
and in such an event no new subscriptions will be accepted and all fulfilment requests of the existing customers of the Plan will
be processed as per the above terms and conditions immediately on such discontinuation.
21. In the event the customer fails to make 3 consecutive monthly subscriptions, the Customer ID would go into a dormant mode on
the date the 3rd payment failed. In such a case the customer can reactivate the same by submitting another ECS mandate.
22. The fulfilment partners, Trustee, Safe Keepers or Service Provider may be changed by RMPM at any point of time. Details of
such changes would be available on the website www.reliancemgp.com.
23. Disputes if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts at Mumbai.

1. Reliance My Gold Plan (henceforth referred to as the Plan) is offered by Reliance Money Precious Metals (RMPM) to enable
disciplined accumulation of Gold Grams by customers for their personal requirements. The plan enables customers to
accumulate physical gold in small quantities at periodic intervals through Daily Cost Averaging.
2. The Plan is NEITHER a financial product NOR a deposit; but is a Mode of accumulating gold for the personal requirements of
the customer. RMPM offers no investment advice or any assured returns while promoting the Plan.
3. A Trustee has been appointed by RMPM who shall act for and on behalf of the customers. On the occurrence of an event of
default as described under the provision of the security documents, more particularly described in the Trustee Agreement
between RMPM and Trustees, the Trustee shall take all such steps to enforce the security interest and distribution of
compensation in the manner set out under said security documents.
4. Participation in this plan is voluntary on the part of the customer. The Plan is NON-TRANSFERABLE and fulfilment of the Plan
would be made solely to the customer/his nominee in Person.
5. The gold offered under this Plan is of '24 Karat' purity at '995' fineness. Customer can opt for fulfilment of his/her accumulated
Gold Grams in either coins or jewellery through the registered fulfilment partners. No claims whatsoever will be entertained by
RMPM once the gold coin(s) or jewellery has been collected by the customers from the fulfilment partners.
6. Participation under this Plan is open to Resident and Non-Resident Individuals including minors (through their guardians) and
Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) only.
7. By participating in this plan the customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the
Plan as contained herein. These Terms and Conditions are binding on the customers upon their signing the Application Form
and tendering payment thereof.
8. Business day referred to herein means-. A Business Day means any day other than Saturday or Sunday or a day declared as
holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 or a day on which normal business could not be transacted due to storms,
floods, bandhs, strikes, riots or any other events as RMPM may specify from time to time.
9. Subscription Details
a) Customers are required to indicate their choice of tenure, initial subscription amount and monthly subscription amount
at the time of filling the application form.
b) The various tenures available under the Plan are 1 year to 15 years, however, each term shall be of and in multiples of
one year each.
c) The initial subscription amount may be greater than or equal to the monthly subscription amount.
d) The lock-in period of the Plan is 6 months from the date of creation of the customer ID. The minimum monthly
subscription amount shall be equal to or more than `1000/- and in multiples of 100/- thereafter, with no maximum limit
in the subscription amount. No change permitted in the Monthly Subscription Amount and the Tenure, once selected
at the time of registration by the Customer
e) Additional subscriptions is permissible for a minimum sum of `1000/- and in multiples of `100/- thereafter any time
during the Tenure
f) The remittance of the initial subscription amount shall be made by a single cheque/DD /cash payable within the local
limits where the subscription amount/application is submitted.. Outstation Cheques/DD will not be accepted.
Cheque/DD should be crossed Account Payee and drawn in favour of Reliance My Gold Plan Application No. ...
g) The necessary charges including the charges towards issue of Demand Draft shall be borne by the Customer.
h) On making an initial subscription payment of `12,000 or more, the customer has the option of having the requirement
for submitting ECS/Direct Debit mandate or PDC waived off. In such a case the customer doesn't have to fill the
Monthly Subscription details.
I) The subscription amount(s) paid by the customer are advance consideration for future purchase of gold.
10. Renewal Option
The Customer has the option to renew his/her subscription via the same ECS mandate issued for the tenure he chooses. The
debit instructions for the ECS will be sent as per the revised tenure chosen by the customer.
11. Customer ID
a) A Customer ID will be generated within the next 10 Business Days of the date of submission of the Application Form at
the Official Points of Presence. Any application Forms received after 4.00 pm on any business day- shall be
processed on the next business day.
b) The Application shall be processed only, if the same is complete in all respect and the Customer ID shall be created
subject to the supporting documents being valid and complete in all respect , and allotment of gold grams will be
done upon realization of the subscription amount.
c) Upon creation of the Customer ID, RMPM shall endeavour to inform the Customers by way of an email or by way of an
SMS alert on the registered mail id / mobile number.
12. Rejection of Application
a) In the event the application is rejected for any reasons whatsoever, the Application Form shall not be returned to the
Customer. RMPM reserves the right to reject any application on any grounds whatsoever, including for non compliance
of requisite norms. In the event of rejection of application, RMPM will refund the initial subscription amount directly to
the Customer. It is understood that the Customer shall not be entitled to claim any interest on the said subscription
amount so refunded.
b) However, once the application is accepted, the customer shall not be entitled to cancel the subscription and or claim
refund of the subscription amount paid. The subscription received from a customer cannot at any given point of time be
transferred or assigned to any other person or persons.
13. Customer Communication
a) It is mandatory for the customer to provide his/her mobile phone number in the Application Form.
b) Customer should also preferably mention a valid Email ID in his / her Application Form.
c) Upon enrolment in the Plan, a physical Welcome Letter will be sent to registered address of the customer. A monthly
holding statement shall be mailed to the customer at his registered Email ID
d) The Statement of Holdings shall reflect the initial, monthly and additional subscription amounts paid by the customer
and the Gold Grams credited into the account.
14. Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance
a) Customers shall provide self attested copies of acceptable proofs of identity and address.
b) In the event the total subscription amounts exceeds ` 5 lakh anytime during the tenure of the Plan or single monthly
subscription amount is ` 50,000 or more, a self certified copy of the PAN card of the customer (designated guardian in
case of a minor) shall be mandatorily submitted along with the Application Form.
15. Gold Price and Gold Grams Allotment
a) The Daily Gold Price offered by RMPM under this Plan may be different from that available in the open market and / or at
any other retail outlets. The daily price at which the Gold grams are purchased on Business Days will be as displayed on
the website of RMPM.
b) The Gold Price charged to the customer would be after loading the Administrative Charges on the Daily Gold Price. The
Administrative Charge would be 1.5% of the Daily Gold Price and shall be non-refundable. For example, if the Daily Gold
Price was ` 2800, then the price charged to the customer after applying the Administrative Charge would be ` 2842.
c) Gold Grams upto 4 decimal points rounded down shall be credited to the customer's account by dividing the Daily
Purchase Amount (equivalent to 1/20th of the subscription amount) by the Gold Price (incl. of administrative charges)
on each business day starting from T+1 (where T is the date of realization of customer payment to RMPM) for 20
successive business days.
d) At the time of making additional purchases the customer has the option to do a One Time Allotment of gold grams or do
a Daily Averaging of the Additional Purchase Amount. If no option is selected then the default would be Daily
Averaging wherein the additional purchase amount would be split into 20 Daily Purchase Amounts. If One Time
Allotment option is selected then the gold grams equivalent to the additional purchase amount shall be allotted on
T+1, T being the date of realization.
e) Gold Price shall be published on all Business Days. In case of erroneous credit of Gold Grams to any customer's
account, RMPM reserves its rights to reverse such credits at its sole discretion. .
16. Nomination
a) Nomination is mandatory for all customers registered under the Reliance My Gold Plan.
b) A Minor can be nominated by the customer and in such an event, the name, address and signature of the guardian of the
minor shall be provided by the customer. However, the customer cannot be a designated guardian for a minor nominee.
c) In the event of death of the customer, the nominee (or the designated guardian of the nominee in the case a nominee
being a minor) can take delivery of accumulated gold under the Plan. In such cases, the nominee (or the designated
guardian, as the case may be) needs to provide (I) proof of identity bearing his/her signature, and (ii) the death
certificate of the customer.
17. Fulfilment Process
a) The fulfilment process is initiated under the scenarios detailed in sub-sections, (d) and (e). The customer will have to
indicate fulfilment preferences by submitting a fulfilment request form. In case the customer doesn't submit his
preference, then default preference as mentioned in point (b) below shall apply All fulfilment process shall be
triggered 1 business day post the maturity date or fulfilment request date whichever is earlier.
b) The maturity date is defined as the date on which the 20th daily allotment of gold grams corresponding to the last
monthly subscription happens as per the tenure chosen by the customer at the time of subscription. The Deemed
Maturity Date is stated in the Statement of Holding sent to the customer.
c) At the time of submitting the fulfilment request, the customer will have to specify his/her preferences as detailed below-
I. Fulfilment Type: Coin (Default) OR Jewellery. A combination of the two is NOT permitted.
ii. Fulfilment Location: Coin/Jewellery Fulfilment location. Default will be the fulfilment centre nearest to the
Customer's Address (details of fulfilment locations will be made available in the website of RMPM
www.reliancemgp.com).
iii. Denomination of Coins: Applicable only in case of coin fulfilment. Customer can specify the quantity of various
denominations required or alternatively select the Optimum option (Default). In both the events, the Company
