Present Tense.
We use it when:
The action is general.

The action happens all the time, or

The action is not only happening now.
The statement is always true.
Hello friends! My name is Paula. I have a very busy life.
I wake up at 6 a.m. every day, and then I run 2 miles. I go home, take a cold
shower, have a healthy breakfast, and then I get ready for class.
After classes, I have a quick lunch and I go to work at the supermarket next
home. Im a part-time cashier, so I work there for only 4 hours a day.
In the evenings, I study and do my homework, but only from Monday to
Thursday. Every Friday, I work as a babysitter for the 5 Tapia children.
On Saturdays and Sundays I sleep a lot, I spend time with my family and friends,
and I study some more for my tests.
