Program Overview
In recent years, the dynamic environment, cut throat business
competition & demands have emphasized & pressurized the role of
manager . The persons holding the position has become highly critical.
This program throws light on the various concerns of the Managers,
enabling them to mould themselves to the changing role and demands.
This program will add an immense value to them by enlightening them
about the organizational role, fitment, expectations and contribution to
the vision of the company along with easing the friction of the newness.
It would enable them to be proactive in facing the issues that would
affect the business.

In this interactive workshop sessions participants will develop plans for
improving the performance of their workgroup and the organization by
learning and experiencing issues of team management , team
motivation, performance, leadership with respect to the role of
managers.

Review of participants would be done on personal experience sharing,

Gundlapally Ramalinga Reddy (G R Reddy), Chief Facilitator, Husys
G R Reddy has over eighteen (18+) years of corporate experience in the area of Human Resources. Started his career with JKs and was last
Head of HR & Training for Intelligroup based at Hyderabad. He has worked in different parts of India during his career. He has been the part
of HR teams of reputed organizations like Intelligroup Asia Limited (Head HR & Training), Intergraph India Limited Manager HR Satyam
Enterprise Solution Limited (Manager HR), Blue Dart Express Limited (Regional Manager HR), J.K. Synthetics Limited (Management
Trainee P&A)

He has conducted large number of training programs, Facilitation programs & Manager Education programs in various Organizations where he
has covered more than 1500 employees across the Industry on various aspects of Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Performance
Management, Customer Care, Facilitation, Team Skills and Managerial Skill areas. As an Entrepreneur he has also trained employees of the
