SUB- Complaint against Indias most corrupt Judge Mr. CT. Selvam
of Madras High Court.

1. Yesterday the CJI has spoken to a billion Indians about corruption in Judiciary.

2. But no action has been taken against Mr. Cyril Thamarai Selvam for his acts
a) Of grabbing lucrative cases, from other judges of Madras High Court.

b) Snatching cases filed against his God-Father Karunanidhi and his party, and shielding
Karunanidhi and his clan by misusing his judgeship.

3. No action is being taken against successive Chief Justices namely Mr. Agarwal and Mr.
Sathish Agnihothri for facilitating C.T.Selvams corrupt practices.

4. Although his Colleagues Mr.Raja Elango and Mr.Ashok Kumar were transferred to
Andhra Pradesh High Court, C.T.Selvam remains firmly seated in Chennai, minting money
under the nose of all of you.

5. In this representation, I am to point out that a direction to the CBI was sought U/s 482
CrPC ( in Crl.OP.6022/14) to register an FIR against Kanimozhi, the daughter of Karunanidhi
who is a member of parliament, based on the petitioners complaint to CBI dated 25.3.14.

6. But C.T.Selvam snatched the case from Justice Mrs.Justice.Aruna Jagadeesan (who held
the CBI & V&AC portfolio) and dismissed the same, at the admission stage itself 25/3/14,
thus favoring Karunanidhis daughter.

7. Not only that. He quoted Anil Kumar Vs M.K.Aiyappa (2013 (10) SCC 705) claimed that
the said case informs him that where offences under the prevention of corruption act are
alleged, no investigation can be ordered in the absence of sanction.

8. He has thus become modern India's latest Law-Giver who claims that sanction should be
obtained even before registering FIR.

Hence I request appropriate action against C.T.Selvam, immediately.

We shall continue to expose his corrupt deeds on a case by case basis, till action is taken.
