SALES AND RESERVATIONS AGENT

As a Sales and Reservations Agent you will be required to handle all tasks related to processing
customer inquiries, sales and reservations for travel experiences to a wider range of guests and their
travel arrangements. While assisting to achieve the sales targets of the company this role entails a
person comfortable in front line, dealing with customers whilst being flexible to travel locally and
internationally.
Your role would entail to keep in constant contact with partners and ensure a continued relationship
with such parties. Further, seek new markets as per the directions of a supervisor and keep up to date
with the trends, opportunities and changing dimensions of the industry.
Moreover establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all customer contact,
personnel and product lines and prove to be a vibrant team player while sustaining the standards of
the company.
Attention to detail and excellent administration and organizational skills are a must. Above all your
communication skills should be perfect.
Skills and Competencies
Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field or education is important.
Must demonstrate good command of English both written and spoken.
Has a pleasant personality and able to exhibit professional appearance.
Able to work well under pressure, must be detail oriented, well organized and able to handle
and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and work flexible working hours.
Exposure to travel industry is important, especially in the luxury travel market.
Understand global tourism/travel industry and familiar with key global players and markets.
Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office products.
