Accommodation rules

1.The hotel can provide accommodation only to the guest, who is properly registered. For this
purpose the guest will right on his arrival show the receptionist of the hotel his identification
card or passport.
2.The guest is obliged to show the valid accommodation card of the hotel at each arrival to it.
3.The hotel enables the registered guests to use the services in the range which is given by
certain trade norm in the determined category and class.
4. On the special occasions the guest may be offered another accommodation than reserved if
it does not substantially differ from the confirmed order.
5.Guests can be accommodated on arrival date from 2 p.m. A room reservation is provided
for a guest latest until 6:00 p.m. of reserved guest arrival date. After expiry of
reservation time, the hotel is entitled to provide or reserve the respective room to other
guests.
6. If a guest is accommodated before 11:00 a.m., he is obliged to pay for the entire
preceding night.
7. The hotel can not guarantee a guest who has booked a room for a certain time and ask for
longer stay that he will receive the same room or any other room because the hotel
management can not dispose of the rooms freely in order to secure the hotel operation.
8. By entrance your room put your card into cardholder by the door, so you will activate an
electricity in your room.
9. We ask kindly our guests to vacate the rooms until 11:00 a.m. latest. If a guest does not
vacate the room until 11:00 a.m., the hotel is entitled to charge an extra night stay.
10. Before the departure the guest must close the water taps, switch off the light in the rooms
and close the roof windows (if there are some).
11. The accommodation and services must be paid according to the valid price list. The guest
has to pay for the accommodation services on his arrival. In the case of the long stay the
guest will pay once a week for provided services.
12. The price list for temporary accommodation and other services is for the disposal of the
guests at the reception of the hotel. It is a supplement to these accommodation rules.
13. The phone calls are automaticaly limited by the amount 100€.
14. We ask kindly our guests not to displace the room equipment arbitrarily, without the
consent of hotel management and not to carry out any adaptations or any intervention into
electric installation, or other utilities network, respectively.
15. High-speed internet connection is available in rooms for our guests, included in
accommodation price. Please inform the receptionist in case of technical failure or a
breakdown.
16. We ask kindly our accommodated guests, not to use own electric devices in the rooms,
this does not apply to electric devices intended for personal hygienic use (shaving
machine, hair dryer,...)
17. Please report any equipment troubles without delay at the reception.
18. The guest is responsible for all the damages caused by his carelessness on the property of
the hotel according to the valid law regulations.
19. There are some social rooms to welcome the visitors. The guest can invite visitors only
with the agreement of the Accommodation Officer after putting down the name to the
book of visits from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is forbidden to invite visitors without
accommodation cards to the rooms.
20. In the case of illness or injury the hotel will arrange the medical treatment or transport to
the hospital.
21. To ensure the safety, the guests should not leave the children under 12 in the rooms and
other communal areas of the hotel without adult control.
22. The guests are not allowed to take the hotel towels out of the rooms to the wellness center.
In the case of damage or loss they will have to pay the fee according to the valid price list.
23. Enter of pets and their accommodation is allowed only after a prior approval of hotel
management, under observance of hygienic rules. In case of such approval it is not
allowed to leave pets without surveillance of respective guest (pet owner or accompanying
person).
24. Person having pet in hotel is held responsible for all damages caused by pet on hotel
property, or other accommodated guests, respectively
25. The hotel is not responsible for the valuable things / like computers and audiovisual
technology / and money of the guests brought to the area of the hotel rooms. All guests
can use a safe right in the room or at the reception (free of charge).
26. Excessive noise is prohibited between the hours of 8.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m.
27. All public areas of the hotel are no-smoking, excepting chosen rooms and night bar.
28. The guest has to keep the provisions of the Accommodation Rules. In the case of breaking
them the management of the hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation contract
before the agreed time.
29. All complaints or suggestions how to improve the operation of the hotel are accepted at
the Manager of hotel Alexandra.

14. Smoking in rooms is forbidden, as well as in other hotel premises.
16. Person having pet in hotel is held responsible for all damages caused by per on hotel
property, or other accommodated guests, respectively.
17. Guests are obliged to close on departure all water taps, to switch-off electric devices as
well as room lighting and to close windows and doors.
18. The hotel management accepts complaints about hotel services and/or eventual
suggestions for improvements.
19. We ask our guests kindly to comply with Accommodation Rules. In case of grave injury,
the hotel management is entitled to cancel the guest accommodation, withholding the price for
the whole agreed stay.
20. Breakfast is served in hotel restaurant from 6.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.
21. Hotel is responsible for cash and valuable items of accommodated guests only if they have
been accepted to deposit and after a corresponding receipt has been issued.
22. The hotel reception is opened round-the-clock.
