play networking and open computing platforms that put the intelligence right at the
data source. By understanding the application and context of the information,
Intelligent Endpoints can then bundle and route the data where it's needed,
regardless of what format or protocol your existing applications use.
Open Architecture
Intelligent Endpoints are open computing platforms that are application and radio
agnostic. This allows you to seamlessly network any on-board device or application
including: dispatch systems, machine health systems, high-precision GPS, slope
monitoring, dewatering systems, video cameras, safety & security systems and more.
That full spectrum of valuable data is nally free from vendor constraints.
Single Platform for Onboard Applications
Intelligent Endpoints provide you not only the capability of a ruggedized network
management device, but the additional capability of running multiple applications
on a single onboard embedded computing platform. The Intelligent Endpoint is
designed as an open platform, so you can run applications from third party vendors
directly on the Endpoint without adding more hardware to your equipment, cutting
down on maintenance needs and Technology Clutter.
Product Line
The Intelligent Endpoint product line offers multiple congurations to meet specic
application requirements. The three standard products are the e15 Phantom, the e30
Sabre and the Hornet series.

The smallest and simplest
Intelligent Endpoint, the Phantom
is a networking appliance featuring
two Ethernet
ports
and one
serial
port for
basic
applications.
The most common
use case is as a VPN server.
Fully potted for maximum
reliability,
the Sabre
features
an
integrated
wireless radio, a single Ethernet
port, and a serial port. The Sabre
is often used in applications
requiring the most robust
platform available.
The Hornet series is available in
four different models to provide
maximum exibility. Each model
is available with a number of
wireless radio physical interface
options for
use with
multiple
on-board
systems.
