Every child has a different learning style and pace. Each child is unique, not only
capable of succeeding.
- Robert John Meehan
Page | 12

A positive learning climate in a school for young children is a composite of many
things. It is an attitude that respects children. It is a place where children receive
guidance and encouragement from the responsible adults around them. It is an
environment where children can experiment and try out new ideas without fear or
failure. It is an atmosphere that builds childrens self-confidence so they dare to
take risks. It is an environment that nurtures a love of learning.

There are physical characteristics which are inherited. These include things like
good looks, high intelligence, and physical coordination. These attributes
contribute to success in life, and success in life is a determinant of optimism.
~Martin Seligman

Without containment, spontaneity, exhalation and freedom of the mind could
seep into license and anarchy, where all day has no shape. A benign routine
helps our child to gain responsibility and our school to stability.

My goal has always been not to look forward to the next thing, but to relish and
celebrate the successes I have at the moment. Whether it's landing a part in a student film
or having a good day in acting class, I never discredit anything.

We are all equal in the fact that we are all different. We are all the same in the
fact that we will never be the same. We are united by the reality that all colors
and all cultures are distinct & individual. We are harmonious in the reality that we
are all held to this earth by the same gravity. We don't share blood, but we share
the air. That keeps us alive. I will not blind myself and say that my black brother
is not different from me. I will not blind myself and say that my brown sister is
not different from me. But my black brother is he as much as I am me. But my
brown sister is she as much as I am me.

Far out in the uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the western
spiral arm of the Galaxy lies a small unrewarded yellow sun. Orbiting this at a

they still think digital watches are a pretty neat idea.

1. What are the strategies used in the classroom? How can you say that this
kind of strategies effective to learners?
~Applicable to our nature of teaching especially in drafting the best
strategies are:
Demonstration
Illustration
One on one approach
Peer teaching approach
~In competency based, I dont mind if they are slow or fast learners as
long as they could construct their project in a span of time it still accepted. I could
say that it is effective if they will submit their project and there will be no failing
grades.
~We must use different strategies in a particular time or a day.
2. How can you facilities if the student acting a bad conduct?
~When was a fresh teacher and my student is showing a bad attitude,
actually Im being challenge I just keep in mind that being a teacher it is
moral obligation that we do not tend to fire up that bad conduct .We will
not insult that that student but instead you need to have a certain area of
classroom there you could talk one on one on that particular student. And
talk to him.
3. What are the common problem of the students?
~failing grades, without drawing tools and materials, others have drawing
tools but always forget to bring and left it at home, next is the less support
or the less concern from their parents regarding with their children and
insufficiency of laboratory tools.
4. Are there some strategies that being developed?
~some strategies that being developed was the help of illustration
because there are a lot of tools to be used in students learning process.
~Parents 50 pesos per year funding for the students so that, time will
come that every time the students will get inside the room or in the
laboratory the school could be able to provide the students needs in
materials and drawing tools.
