Subject: This is a request under the Freedoms of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552).

Dear FOIA Officer:

This is a request under the Freedoms of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552).

I request that a copy of the following document(s) be provided to me. All Peace
Corps documents confirming staff members' willingness to serve as first responders, participate
in discussions and answering questions.

For clarification we are referring to p.26 last paragraph to p.27 completion of paragraph, top of
page:
"We discussed with staff the benefits of CDs and PCMOs attending the (Response Final Report:
Review of the Peace Corps Implementation of 27 Guidelines Related to Volunteer Victims of
Rape and Sexual Assault)Guidelines training, such as confirming staff members' willingness
and ability to serve as first responders, and participating in discussions and answering questions."
IG-12-08-E September 2012
For further clarifications we would need to know the methodology and, for example,
standard question sets for confirming employees' willingness, assessing participation
willingness and question answering willingness. In addition, we need to know if these employee
assessments were for standard first responders or, specifically, for enhanced first responders
trained in, for example, violence first response(e.g. sexual assault, ) like, for example, violence
and immediate threats of violence, safety assessments of the site or other investigative and
reporting training needed for first responders dealing with violence, violent harm and other
security enforcement issues.
In order to help you determine status for the purpose of assessing fees this request is made for a
scholarly or scientific purpose .I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of $ 0.
If you estimate that the fees will exceed this limit, please inform me first.

We request a waiver of fee for this request because disclosure of the requested information is in
the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to the public understanding of
the operatiings or activities of the Peace Corps. The requested informations may be disseminated
by internet to the general public.
