The St. Regis Aspen Resort will be the host hotel for the Executive Roundtable Quarterly Meeting. The RGA is
pleased to announce a discounted group rate of $399.00 per night plus applicable taxes for a standard room
based on availability. You must complete your reservation prior to the room block cut-off date of Wednesday,
June 19, 2013 to receive the discounted rate.

Rooms will also be available at The Sky Hotel at the discounted group rate of $299.00 per night plus applicable
taxes for a standard room. Reservations must be completed prior to Wednesday, June 19, 2013 to receive the
discounted rate. Rates are subject to change based on availability.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Aspen Airport (ASE) is conveniently located 4 miles / 10 minutes from The St. Regis Aspen Resort. Please call
The St. Regis Aspen Resort (970) 920-3300 or use the courtesy phone located in baggage claim for shuttle
service to and from the airport. Shuttle service is also provided from the hotel to the airport and can be pre-
arranged on site.

Additionally, Aspen Airport (ASE) is conveniently located 4 miles / 10 minutes from Sky Hotel. To arrange for
complimentary shuttle service to the hotel please either call (970) 925-6760 or use the courtesy phone located in
baggage claim. Shuttle service is provided from 7 AM - 11PM. Shuttle service is also provided from the hotel
to the airport and can be pre-arranged on site.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided for our guests on Thursday, July 25 to and from the Aspen Institute from The
St. Regis Aspen Resort. The Sky Hotel is a mile/5 minute walk from The St. Regis. Alternatively, you may
use The Sky Hotels shuttle service.

ATTIRE
Aspen Casual. Neither jackets nor ties are required for the gentlemen. For the ladies, a light jacket or wrap is
recommended for the evening activities.
