The Phoenician is the host hotel for the Executive Roundtable Quarterly Meeting. The RGA is pleased to
announce a discounted group rate of $279.00 per night plus applicable taxes for a standard room. The rate is
applicable for three days before and after the meeting based on availability.

A limited number of suites are available in The Phoenicians Canyon Suites, the AAA 5 Diamond, Forbes 5
Star award winning luxury accommodations located within the grounds of the Phoenician Resort. The Canyon
Suites are approximately a 3-5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the main hotel where the Executive
Roundtable Quarterly Meeting will take place. The room rate is $279.00 plus applicable taxes and is available

You must complete your reservation prior to the room block cut-off date of Friday, October 25, 2013 to
receive the discounted rate. Please note: The Phoenician and Canyon Suites have a seven-day cancellation
policy.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
The Phoenician is located 20 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Transportation to and from
the hotel can be arranged through The Phoenician concierge at (480) 941-8200 and taxis are readily available at
the airport as well.
