Leadership is a characterization that is composed from so many features, it

can be expressed in so many ways and there is much kind of leaders. However all
the leaders have some commons values or capacities that stand out from the
ordinary to develop either ideas or proyects that gather the needs of many to being
supported by a figure that can accomplish using a good medium to that final end.
This can be seen just as we walk down the hall of our school, leadership develops
in ways we sometimes cant understand. One of these unknown leaders act in
everyday life just as Sergio Yeyo Serrano Pinzn do. He is a person that shows
honesty when he speaks and let the others know his opinion just as the time that
he is concerned for helping everyone, he also has a big smile that finishes in a
general confidence that make a trustful relation with one. Sometimes we just look
at one type of leaders, the politicians ones. The reality is that if politicians havent
gave us what we were expecting a century ago its proper and acceptable to look
for these other leaders, the modern leaders whom teach not from bureaucracy but
from the authenticity of their feelings reflected in their remarkable personality.

As it was said in Yeyos interview, we now need capable leaders that can
serve society not just in the politics but in the educational, religious and intellectual
dimensions too. So, if we locate ourselves in a country where violence, corruption
and distrust are the majority we can seek for the values of authenticity like a choice
of solving the social justice and discrimination context.
Think of a person you admire, maybe you admire how incredible his/her acts have
been, but, in fact they have just reached that leader status because they marked
the difference and used their qualities to shape their path. In other words
authenticity is one of the most important values that a leader will show in his work.
Other aspect to talk about is the honesty. Its supposed that a leader as
intermediary of a cause is capable to interpret the needs of the others and
represent them in a maximum way, but how can someone be the maximum
expression of a group that has no longer its true voice but from the one that claims
to represent them?

In order to solve that, its necessary that a leader is honest in his speech. It
doesnt matter from moral if its good or bad, is just the truth, and the truth has a
value. Though, we need moral persons and good leaders to seek the ambience we
need in the Colombian society.
In order to make a better country, to be a better society and find the answers to our
needs we have to recognize those that in their being are authentic and honest,
those that can make exceptional things are also extraordinary persons. The
extraordinary and the exceptional can be used to good or bad ends, both can be
done from the leadership recognizance, but, right now, right here, we need good
persons that doesnt matter if doesnt reach the republic elliptical room but try to be
the best they can be of their selves in each of their fields in joint. We have to be
authentic no matter what we pass through, keep the essence that makes you
different to aspire for the big leagues. Is transcendental to be honest and dont let
down this peace-seeking nation.
