FORMACIN GERENCIAL DEL DIRECTOR Y GESTIN DEL TALENTO HUMANO

RESUMEN
El objeti vo general de esta investigacin fue determinar la rel acin ent re Formacin Gerencial del Di rector y Gestin
del Tal ento Humano en instituciones de Educacin Bsica de Fe y Alegra. Se apoy en cuanto al aspecto terico por
los fundamentos de Chiavenat o (2002), Robbi ns (2000), Mintzberg y Quinn (2001), y Cardona (2000), entre otros. El
tipo de investigacin fue descri pti va, correlaci onal; con un diseo no experimental, de campo, transeccional. La
muestra qued constituida por 69 sujet os, emplendose como tcnica para recoger los datos la encuesta. Se apl ic
un cuestionari o con treinta y seis (36) tems y cuatro (4) alt ernati vas de respuesta, utilizando la escal a de Likert
modi ficada y validado por cinco (5) expertos. Posterior a ello, se midi la confiabilidad a travs de la frmula Alfa de
Cronbach, dando como valor 0.8261 y 0.8659 para las dos variables. Los result ados arrojaron segn el coeficiente de
correl acin de Spearman, un valor de 0,632**, lo que indica que existe una rel acin positi va medi a o moderada entre
las vari abl es en estudi o. Se recomi enda dentro de l a formaci n del gerente educati vo reforzar el estilo de liderazgo
como factor influyente dentro de la gestin del talento humano, as como mejorar la evaluacin y seguimiento del
personal docente para incrementar l os ndices de producti vidad de la organizacin. Como rel evancia, el presente
estudio aport a resultados que pueden ser referencial es para la toma de decisiones dentro de organizaciones con
caractersticas similares o para uso en posteriores investigaciones.

MANAGERIAL TRAINING OF THE DIRECTOR AND
MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT IN BASIC EDUCATION
INSTITUTION
ABSTRACT
The overall objecti ve of this research was determi ned the relationship between management traini ng of the Director
and the Human Talent Management in t he institutions of basic education of Fe y Alegra. There was support in the
theoretical aspect, for the authors Chi avenato (2006), Robbins (2000), Mintzberg and Qui nn (2001), Cardona (2000),
among others. The methodology was descripti ve, correl ational field, the non-experimental design transectional. The
sample was constituted by 69 subjects. The techni que used to collect data was a survey, a questionnai re devel oped
with Thirty-six (36) items and four (4) response options, using the amended Likert scale. Valid for fi ve (5) experts.
Subsequently, reliability was measured by the Cronbach alpha formula, gi ving t he value 0.8261 and 0.8659 for both
variabl es. The results showed as the Spearman correlation coefficient (0,632), there is a positi ve t rend with high
median bet ween the variables under study. It is recommended in the Education Traini ng Manager to strengthen the
leadershi p style as a factor in the management of human talent, and improve eval uation and monitoring of teachers to
increase the rate of producti vity of the organization. As a matter of facts, this study provides the results that can be
reference for decisions making in organizations with similar characteristics or for use in subsequent investigations.

Retrospectiva del Proceso de I nvestigacin Educativa en Venezuela

RESUMEN
Este trabajo de investigacin de carcter histrico pretende reconstruir el proceso de investigacin
educativa en Venezuela, lo que nos permitir la aprehensin y comprensin de la realidad educativa, a la
luz del anlisis de los distintos factores que ha determinado su orientacin, as como reflexionar sobre el
problema de los paradigmas de la investigacin socioeducativa. Tres son las fuentes utilizadas en la
recoleccin de la recoleccin de la informacin:- textos, -los trabajos de investigacin realizados en las
Instituciones de Educacin Superior. Escuelas de Educacin y lo humanidades (Pre y Post-grado)- y los
relatos de una muestra de profesionales dedicados a la investigacin educativa en estas instituciones. Las
tcnicas fundamentales a utilizar: El anlisis Documental, las tcnicas de procesamiento sistematizacin y
la triangulacin. Al trmino de esta investigacin se realizaran algunas reflexiones en torno a la temtica
sistematizada.

ABSTRACT
This work of investigation of historical character seeks to reconstruct the process of educational
investigation in Venezuela what will allow us the apprehension and understanding of the educational reality
by the light of the analysis of the different factors that Nave determined its orientation, as well as to meditate on
the problem of the paradigms of the socio educational investigation. Three are the sources used in the
gathering of the information: texts; the investigation works carried out in the institutions of superior
education, Schools of Education or abilities of Humanities (pre and post graduate degree) and the stories of
a sample of prof essionals dedicated to the educational investigation in these institutions. The fundamental
techniques to use: the documental analysis, the prosecution techniques and systematizing and t he
triangulation. At the end of this investigation they will be carried out some reflections around the thematic
one systematized
