Check in Time & Policies
- Check in time: After 14:00pm - Check out time: Before 12:00pm
Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Late check - out before 6:00 PM: will be charged 50% of contracted rate
Late check - out from6:00 PM: will be charged 100% of contracted rate


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a daily reservation must be received 48 hours prior to check in.
If cancellation is received within 2 days prior to the arrival date: 1 night roomcharge will be applied
accordingly
In no-show situation: full charged will be applied


Payment
- Full payment will be received by Tan Hai Long - Silverland Central Hotel & Spa upon guest check out.
- In the case of payment made by the Companys account, it will be settled within 5 days after Party B
receives red invoice.
- The debt limited is 50,000,000VND for each month. In case the debt is over limited, the Party B have to
pay before guest check out.
- Any delay in payment will result to a surcharge fees. Current applicable banks interest rates of the
Government shall be applied to the outstanding amount of every Invoice.
