Faculty Mentors Submission Plan & Check List


1. Please maintain file of all your mentee students.
2. Keep minutes of meetings and any special remarks about your mentee in the file as
auditable record.
3. Arrange to pay at least one visit (cluster approach of visit may be followed) to SIP
industry/company and keep the visit report and any special remarks about your mentee in
the file as auditable record. In case you are visiting other colleagues mentee, send your
report to him/her for record.
4. Pre-SIP mentoring report and marks should be submitted by the end of third term to
examination cell.
5. During SIP report and marks along with first-hand SIP experience and learning marks
should be submitted by the second week of fourth term.
6. SIP Final Report Assessment Sheet and marks should be submitted as per the guidelines
of the examination cell.
7. Post-SIP mentoring report/minutes and any special remarks should be kept in mentee file
as auditable record.
8. The SIP Final Marks Sheet should be submitted as per the guidelines of the examination
cell.
