RESUMEN

Durante la mayora del captulo lo que hace el autor, Rich de Vos, es dar distintas
historias y experiencias que han vivido algunos de sus empleados de Amway; y, a partir de
estas sacar los principios y valores fundamentales de cmo salir adelante mediante en
capitalismo solidario.
Tenemos que encontrar varios pasos mtodos y esfuerzos a la hora de alcanzar las
metas no solo esperando una ayuda sino complementando ideas esfuerzos y conocimientos
a medida de este proceso en el cual no solamente ganamos capital si no solidaridad con los
dems y con uno mismo.
Entendemos que los dems nos pueden ayudar a logar las metas pero estas metas se
gozan cuando las hacemos nosotros mismos dando mritos y reconocimientos a lo que
ayudaron. Debemos tener en cuenta los pasos para convertirse en un capitalista solidario
debemos dejar las disculpas ,creer en nosotros mismos debemos conocer nuestra realidad
sobre las carencias humanas ,debemos tener una propia causa ,tener o escoger un plan y
por ultimo trabajar para que se haga realidad .

ABSTRACT
During most of the chapter what the author, Rich Vos, is to give different stories
and experiences that have lived some employees of Amway; and draw from these
fundamental principles and values on how to get ahead by caring capitalism.
We need to find methods multistep and effort in achieving the goals not only
waiting for help but complementing efforts and ideas as knowledge of this process in which
not only the capital gain if not solidarity with others and with oneself.
We understand that others can help us in attaining the goals but these goals when we
enjoy ourselves giving merits and recognitions that helped. We must consider the steps to
become a capitalist solidarity must stop the excuses, believe in ourselves, we must know
our reality about human shortcomings, we must have a proper cause, or choose to have a
plan and finally work to make it happen .
