STORE POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1…Repair(s) and/or service(s) performed by Computers Parts & Upgrades(CPU) are


warranted as follows (a) Labor is warranted for a period of 30 Days (b) Parts (only if
new) are warranted for a period of 1 Year. Note: Data (i.e. programs, operating
systems, data files, and other information that can be stored optically, magnetically,
electrically, mechanically or otherwise) or the loss of such data is absolutely not the
responsibility of Computers Parts & Upgrades. No warranty is expressed or implied
covering the loss, deletion, corruption, and/or security of such data.

2…Repaired and/or serviced items which are not picked up within 10 days will incur a
storage fee of $3.00 per day per repaired and/or serviced item. (unless prior arrangements
are made). This storage fee will accrue for the lesser of the following two periods (a) 60
days or (b) until the sum of the cumulative storage fee and the repair and/or service fee
exceed by any amount the value (to be determined by CPU based upon the current market
value of similar items in a similar condition to the repaired item) of the repaired and/or
serviced item. This will apply to the repaired and/or serviced item on an item by item
basis. At such time that one of the previously mentioned two periods is exceeded, the
repaired and serviced item(s) will become the property of CPU and may be sold or
retained indefinitely by CPU and/or the employees of CPU without financial
material or any other obligation or compensation to the party that authorized the
repair/service or any owner(s) and /or users of the repaired items.

3…Labor costs are guaranteed not to exceed the estimated value (unless the problem
description given by the customer is grossly inaccurate or vague). However, if the
customer elects to have the unit(s) described above repaired and/or serviced (after being
notified of the final part(s) cost). The parts necessary for the repair(s) and/or serviced(s)
must be paid for by the customer regardless of the estimated parts total.

4…All periods of time referred to in these terms and condition begin on the day
immediately following completion of the repair and/or service and include but are not
limited to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

1…One year limited warranty on ALL NEW systems. One year warranty on labor for the
NEW systems assembled by CPU. NO labor warranty on ANY systems assembled by
customers. $25.00 minimum service charge will apply on any system assembled by
customer. NO warranty on any physically damaged parts. WARRANTY ON PARTS
AND SYSTEMS WILL BE HONORED ONLY WHEN ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS
PRESENTED. NO RECIPT, NO WARRANTY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

2…Used systems have a 30-day warranty. NO warranty on any physically damaged used
system. WARRANTY ON USED SYSTEMS WILL BE HONORED ONLY WHEN
ORIGINAL RECEIPT PRESENTED.

MERCHANDISE RETURE POLICY:

1…Parts can be returned within 3 days after sale for full refund. NO returns on systems. No
returns on software. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on items returned after 3 days.
No return after 14 days. NO REFUND ON LABOR. NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT. NO
REFUND ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. NO EXCEPTION. NO RETURN ON
PHYSICALLY DAMAGED PARTS. NO EXCEPTION. ANY DESCREPANCY NEEDS
TO BE REPORTED WITHIN THREE DAYS OF PURCHASE.

2…All sales of used equipment are final. All trades are final.
