possi$le interventions for future disasters
.evelop HEKS intervention strateg and corresponding relief and reha$ilitation
pro#ects
Coordinate" manage and supervise the implementation of emergenc and
reha$ilitation pro#ects
Provide support to HEKS partner organizations in the implementation of
pro#ects
.evelop funding proposals for Swiss Solidarit and other donors
Conduct regular pro#ect monitoring and /nancial chec!s of pro#ects and
partners
Ensure compliance with national authorities" donor requirements and
international standards

Provide continuous situation analsis and report to HEKS headquarter / HEKS

6inimum /ve ears e&perience in the humanitarian sector" of which at least
three ears in a /eld management position" prefera$l in the region
E&perience in the implementation of reha$ilitation pro#ects in the following

*horough !nowledge of the humanitarian sector and relevant international
standards 7emergenc" recover and reha$ilitation phases8
E&perience in $udget management and supervision of /nancial reporting
E&perience wor!ing for 1345s" e&perience with Swiss actors will $e considered

Sound !nowledge of proposal and report writing" monitoring and evaluation
