INTRODUCTION

Our customer interface provides you a search engine to view real time TVA vouchers, a flash
report to check real time availability across ports, a voucher activity in any given periods to
monitor your authorized spent and view finalized invoices and backup.
HOW TO LOG IN TRAVELLIANCES WEBSITE?

Enter www.tvaglobal.com in the internet browser
Click on Log in
Type in your user name and password
o User name: JQ123
o Password: JQ123
Click on Sign in

HOW TO SEARCH FOR A TVA VOUCHER?

We provide you a comprehensive search engine that can help you to find a voucher most
efficiently. You can search a voucher by its voucher number, disrupted flight number,
passengers surname(s), hotel name, disrupted port, subsidiary airline, transportation
service provider, voucher status, hotel check in date and hotel check out date.

HOW TO SEARCH FOR A TVA VOUCHER? (CONTINUED)

Once you found the voucher hover your mouse onto that voucher and click on the PDF view
button. A window pops out and allows you to either open (view) or download the voucher.
The voucher will then open up in your browser or it is downloaded in your computer.

HOTEL FLASH REPORT

Go to Report and choose drop down option Hotel Flash Report
This report gives you the real time availability you across the most frequently used ports.

VOUCHER ACTIVITY REPORT

Go to Report and choose drop down option Voucher Activity Report

This report can aggregate bookings and calculate the total and average authorized
spent based on the check in date range.
This report can also aggregate bookings by nominated stay night (s) and calculate the
total and average authorized spent.
You can narrow the report to calculate based on specific Port, Subsidiary Airline, Hotel
brand or Hotel name.

TVA INVOICES AND BACK UP

Go to Accounts and click on View Travelliance Invoices

Once you are inside the Travelliance Invoice page, you can search TVA invoices by Subsidiary
Airline account, Invoice status, Port or invoice number.
We are currently revamping our invoice page and we will enable you to search invoices by
voucher number in 2 weeks.

TVA INVOICES AND BACK UP (CONTINUED)
To view a TVA invoice and back up, you just need to click on view then the invoice window
with back up will pop out in a window sorted by voucher and available for you to Download
all consolidated documents
Backups usually include TVA voucher, rooming list sent through by airlines, hotel invoices,
meals receipts, sign in sheet, transportation company invoices and etc.

You can choose to Download all or Download Consolidated Documents
Download all back up are grouped by voucher and separated by TVA invoices
Download Consolidated Documents Our PDF printer in the back ground will print TVA
invoice and all supporting document in one PDF file. Sometimes the PDF can be long as
below in 111 pages.
