f$ 2fter so&e ti&e, I heard the &an seated and raising his oice saying,

g$ Howeer, the altercation continued until I loo+ed and saw the &an
see&ingly agitated and angry, suddenly stood up and started
pounding on the ta!le;
h$ Since no!ody fro& the restaurant(s staB nor other persons see& to
care, I approached their ta!le and told the &an who call hi&self

that we are placed under arrest for iolation of Section 1 and ## of
Repu!lic 2ct 3o$ -#61, otherwise +nown as the 4o&prehensie
5angerous 5rugs 2ct of 6,,6 for the sale of the dangerous drugs
