A defiant garden is created at the 10th
Avenue Mini Park entitled ‘Pessimistic Style.’ A positive
view is created compared to the previous pessimistic
observation. The issues of poor lighting and graffiti will
be solved to change the appearance of this once
perceived ‘negative’ park.
