Sir,
With reference to above cited letter it is to intimate that 1(s %&T"' ,at
Derang,Dist0ngul is availing power supply from /2S7 against the consumer $o*
'3&!!-, under the category of emergency(start up power to &"" , the rate of which
does not contain any demand charge component @ut it is found that in the
monthly bill of Dec*)!1. the amount of 3s)+,!laDhs has been claimed wrongly
towards the demand charges
Further it is en=uired and found that there has also not been any over drawl of
energy by /2S7 from 43&D/# over and above the permitted S1DBSimultaneous
1a?imum DemandC during the month of Dec*)!1. against which demand charges
can be charged as per undertaDing submitted by %&T"' which formed the part of
power supply agreement
Therefore it is re=uested that corrected energy bill without claiming demand charge
may be issued to %&T"' for Dec*)!1. at the earliest 6owever we are depositing bill
amount with protest against the additional amountB3s)+,!laDsC deposited may be
refunded(ad:usted in the ne?t month bill
1ore over the energy meter reading given to us is not matching with the site
condition We are not accepting that the ma?imum demand was 8!1V0 @ased on
the present site condition peaD load can not go beyond 1,1V0 for any 1, minutes
slot during last two month 6ence you are re=uested to verify(rechecD meter setting
and meter reading and provide us correct details for our understanding and record
