Procedure
4pplication documents should 1e sent to the International
Ofce 0IO2. !he ofce Dill deliver the application to the
related 5acult7 Dhere the application Dill 1e revieDed. Upon
approval 5rom the 5acult7, IO Dill issue admission packets
to students. IO Dill serve as their point o5 contact durin6
their sta7 once students arrive at the universit7.
:tudent should make contact Dith the ofce at their
universit7 or host to mana6e e#chan6e pro6ram.
:tudent must seek advice and approval 5rom home
universit7 to Goin our e#chan6e pro6ram.
9ominated student must complete the UI :tudent

valid 5or 6 month sta7 in total.
!his social+cultural visa is a sin6le entr7 visa, so i5 7ou
leave Indonesia durin6 7our stud7, 7our visa Dill 1e e#pired
and 7ou need to appl7 another social+cultural visa to enter
Indonesia at the Indonesian em1ass7 in 7our destination
countr7. Iou ma7 appl7 this t7pe o5 visa at the Indonesian
em1ass7 in 7our home countr7 or residence. Alease 1e
advised that 7ou can onl7 appl7 this visa a5ter 6ettin6 a
letter o5 acceptance.
