TESTIMONY.

My names are ANGOH EMILIA. I am an English speaking Cameroonian living

in Limbe –Victoria, South West Province of Cameroon. I am not a militant of any
political Party in Cameroon. I see most of the political actions happening daily in
this part of the world. I am a half sister to API THERESIA who had fled from
this Country because of political victimization. She and her late husband with their
five children leaved in the town for several years before things went bad on their
side in 2005.

On September 25th 2008, MBONG PRUDENCE, daughter of THERESIA,

arrived from Bamenda to visit me. She had never informed me of her coming.
While we spent the 3rd day, at about 5.10 am, I opened the back door to go to the
toilet, unknown to me, I saw 3 men in police out fit who then pushed me back
into the house tell me lie prostrate and keep quite or the gun barrel will shot my
mouth. I complied. As two stood by me, six went into the rooms; I only hears
loud crying, shouting and knocks. They dragged MBONG PRUDENCE out into
the sitting room and beat her several times with series of kicks.

They then vanished and left her bleed jerking on the floor. My Immediate
neighbor, Mr. CHO JOHN SAMA, came to the scene. All efforts we made to
take her to the local hospital to safe her life fail. She died out of internal bleeds
and internal cuts, in early 29th September without say a word to any person and
without opening her eyes.

We could not report the Police to arrest police whom we cannot identify. The only
suggestion was to report promptly to the HUMANB RIGHTS DEFENSE GROUP
and to the SDF law man. She was buried on SEPTEMBER, 29th 2008.
From all indications they got wrong information from their informant about
THERESIA’S hidden return. MBONG was taken to be her mother because of
resemblance. Since then, no officer have been charged for this hideous crime
against an innocent child.. This is a bilingual country. The political situation here
now is very bad and dangerous. The majority French speaking Cameroon lord it
over us. They dictate everything in our lives, wiping out our cultural heritages and
constitutional democracy we had inherited from our colonial parents of
BRITISH AND GERMANS.

Finally, it is now crystal clear to the government that API THERESIA was not
the real person attacked on that day. And that THERESIA is somewhere in the
UNITED STAYES filling ASYLUM. The situations worsen as they know bad
remarks have been made in this process. Therefore if she is found anywhere herein
Cameroon, she will be arrested and taken to the dreadful under ground
YAOUNDE Torture Center where many many English speaking Cameroonians go
for ever with no return. . For this reason, I ANGOH EMILIA, half sister to
THERESIA do thank the entire people and government of the AMERICA for
benevolence and at the same time appeal that her request for a conventional refuge
be granted her so that she could at least take care of her remaining fatherless
children whose remaining part of life are constantly under fear threat and miser,
