QUANTUM PHYSICS AND QUANTUM COMMERCE

Quantum physics is an interesting science which has demonstrated some very important
principles which can be applied in many areas and yes, in commerce.
First let me refer to a transcript which has fallen into my hands. It was the interview of one of
the aliens who survived for a while after the UFO crash at Roswell, NM, back in the 1940s.
The entity which inhabited the physical body of the ET was able to telepathically communicate
with one of the Army nurses gave some very interesting concepts. One which made me stop and
ponder was that the material world is the illusion and the spiritual or ethereal world is the reality.
Taken in light of the concepts of quantum physics, it made sense to me. Even in a theological
sense it seemed to fit from dust thou art and to dust shalt thou return. We speak of the eternal
nature of the soul. So then truly, the idea that the material world is the illusion and the spiritual
or ethereal world is the constant.
I think that over the years as SIC has been moving about the country and world that we have
been able to demonstrate that commerce is all fiction. It is simply a device we use to measure
the transactions between people.
Lets look at the premise of quantum physics: a thing is what it appears to be to the observer
determined by the measuring device we use to observe it.
Translated into quantum commerce: a transaction is what it appears to be to the parties based on
the law forum that we use to devise it.
***refer to Forbidden clip Robert Anton Wilson 5:48*** a scientist was asked to describe what
quantum physics is and he explained it this way his car was broken into in a certain place so
he called the police of that city. The city police told him he was actually in another city. The
next police call said he was actually in the jurisdiction of the county, but the mail man delivered
his mail to him in the original city address. So, he was in three places at the same time
depending on your point of view.
Here it is demonstrated that a man was in three places at the same time based on the point of
view of three separate entities. Which one was correct? Obviously, they were all correct it
just depended on what mechanism was used to observe the man.
And we see this same thing in commerce.
We have several law forums. The most popular are the big three, namely those listed in the
Constitution: common law, equity law, and Admiralty law. There are certainly other law forums
which can be used to quantum-ize our view such as trust law, probate law, administrative law
or even the law of the jungle.
So, just like the man in the video can any particular commercial transaction be in three places at
the same time? Yes. It just depends on the legal mechanism that we use to observe it.
The problem that arises is who gets to choose which point of view that to be used. Do we get to
make that choice or are we forced into a particular law forum by someone else?
It has certainly been demonstrated by SIC that it would probably be in your best interest for you
to make that choice rather than have some adverse party make that determination.
I would hope that by this time that our students would have realized this, and would be able to
make the choice themselves rather than to be forced into a particular law forum.
My personal choice is to use all of them at the same time. I just love to jump and skip around
keeps the courts in a constant catch up mode. They never know where I am going to go next.
